Recently, my wife broke her hip and needed a hip replacement. As I am somewhat disabled, I am unable to do what I have done before and take care of business in our backyard with our two dogs. Tim and his team are reliable and most reasonable. I have used their service now for two weeks and have not had any issues. Glad we can be of service.
My service guy just left. He left multiple piles of poop. I tried calling and texting with the techs number provided but no answer. He's usually pretty good and this is a new house so maybe he just doesn't know the spots and overlooked them. The yard is not that big but it just seems he only concentrated on the main grass area but still one was missed in that area as well.

Hi Jason, I think we discussed this already and we sent him back to check the other side of the shed. You are 100% correct, it was his first time there as your regular tech was dealing with a death in the family. Of course, that's still no excuse. We'll make sure a more thorough job is done on the next visit.
