I live in Lancaster Community in Westfield Indiana where 100’s of children live & play. Your drivers have been discussed numerous times on our neighborhood web site regarding accessible speeds. Please slow TF down before u kill one of our precious children!!

I just noticed this comment... you may have the wrong company, as we do not service anywhere in Indiana. We are located in Los Angeles, Dallas, Nashville, Palm Beach, and Salem, OR. I hope you find the correct company and let them have it! They should not be speeding.

Recently, my wife broke her hip and needed a hip replacement. As I am somewhat disabled, I am unable to do what I have done before and take care of business in our backyard with our two dogs. Tim and his team are reliable and most reasonable. I have used their service now for two weeks and have not had any issues. At this point, I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in the service. Thank you, Tim.

ScoopMasters always text before they arrive so I know they will be in my yard - which I really appreciate. And another text with pic of latched gate when they leave so I know my dogs will be secure when I let them out They are thorough and efficient

ScoopMasters is reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. I appreciate the text message when they are on their way and again when they complete their work. In the beginning I thought ScoopMasters was an indulgence. Now I consider it a necessity😃😃

My service guy just left. He left multiple piles of poop. I tried calling and texting with the techs number provided but no answer. He's usually pretty good and this is a new house so maybe he just doesn't know the spots and overlooked them. The yard is not that big but it just seems he only concentrated on the main grass area but still one was missed in that area as well.

Hi Jason, I think we discussed this already and we sent him back to check the other side of the shed. You are 100% correct, it was his first time there as your regular tech was dealing with a death in the family. Of course, that's still no excuse. We'll make sure a more thorough job is done on the next visit.

I never thought I’d be this passionate about a poop-related service… yet here we are. Scoop Masters Los Angeles is AMAZING. I’m a paraplegic, and they are incredibly helpful, reliable, and just genuinely good humans. No hassle, no awkwardness…they just show up, handle business, and leave my yard looking like my dog has never made a bad decision in their life. My dog brings the chaos. Scoop Masters brings order. If your dog poops like it’s their full-time job, do yourself a favor and call these guys. Plus our dog loves them! They always leave a treat for him on the back door mat! 10/10. Would let my dog embarrass me again.
