From day one, Jessica was the difference maker. What really stood out was her genuine care for me and my family. She treated us like real people, not just a case file, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported. I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who was involved in a motor vehicle accident in September of 2024. While she has struggled to speak out due to fear and anxiety, as her mother, I feel it is important to advocate for her. My daughter was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck on her side by another car. Although the vehicle was equipped with airbags, they did not deploy upon impact. Since the accident, my daughter has been suffering from severe pain and debilitating anxiety. She reached out to Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben for assistance a few weeks after the incident, but unfortunately, a year has passed and she has yet to see justice. I believe Phillip H. Wagner was assigned to handle her case. However, I have not come across any positive reviews specifically mentioning his name, which may be indicative of his performance. On top of that, the staff at Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben has repeatedly asked my daughter for the same information she gave them months ago. It’s frustrating to say the least. While I don’t want to make any assumptions, it’s hard not to feel that my daughter isn’t being treated the way she deserves. My daughter is at her breaking point. She hasn’t been able to work because of the pain, and it’s tough to watch her go through this without seeing any real action or support. I’ll update this review once the case is finally settled.

I highly recommend Schwebel, Goetz, and Sieben should you need representation in a personal injury situation. While at a stop sign, I was rear-ended by a small sedan at 30+ mph. The force caused my 6000 lb truck to be forcefully moved into the intersection, where, thankfully, there were no pedestrians or other vehicles. Significant damage occurred to my car when the bed was forced into the cab, resulting in very high acceleration forces on my body. I instantly knew I had injuries and went to the hospital via ambulance. I contacted Schwebel the week after the accident and was introduced to Attorney Kojo Addo within hours. Kojo spent the next few days getting to know me and understanding the specifics of the accident and my injuries. Kojo advised me that the expected 12-24 months it takes for a personal injury case to come together, when the medical treatment plan can take months to develop, as diagnostic testing is completed. Kojo followed all of my rehabilitation, minor surgery, and physical therapy procedures over the next year. As he advised, it was essential to give the proper amount of time to evaluate if the procedures helped or not. In my case, some procedures helped heal my injuries, but others had no effect and left me with ongoing symptoms which were key facts in the settlement. I found Kojo and his paralegal team, Melissa Barstow and Michelle Gronau, to be very easy to communicate with and always available whenever I needed to talk. At several points during the process, when settlement decisions were near-term, Kojo gave me excellent advice on when NOT TO SETTLE. Schwebel and Kojo ended up getting me a higher $ settlement as a direct result of these recommendations. The best thing I did was to listen to their advice and not chase the faster, smaller dollar amounts offered by the at-fault driver’s insurance. Again, I highly recommend Schwebel, Goetz, and Sieben, and Attorney Kojo Addo if you ever need legal representation in a personal injury case. They are very professional, easy to work with, and fight for you to get the highest settlement possible.

I was injured in an accident when a semi truck rear ended me on a highway doing close to 40mph while I was at a complete stop. Fractured ribs on both sides, fractured sternum, ruptured spleen, TBI and more….was out of work for sometime! The recovery was lengthy! They assigned Cody to my case! From the moment I talked to her, I knew she was working for me. She is kind, and efficient. Answers questions in detail. I never felt lost and she always assured me my questions weren’t dumb!
