I enjoyed the course so much especially Recticular activating system, I didn't know that Ras works by filtering all sensory information we received, and channelling them into either unconscious or conscious mind. I loved the example that Franco gave to close out eyes and look for something red. I loved this topic a lot. Franco made it clear every explanation I understood. Thank you for been the best. As a first time coaching student you made me fall in love with the course. Before the full reset I was broken, with anxiety, helpless But after this 12 weeks I recovered not fully but better. Module1: I am finding value in this course. The explanations are clear, practical, and easy to apply. I especially appreciate how the lessons on the Reticular Activating System and filtering processes connect directly to real-life awareness and mindset shifts. Module2: This course came at exactly the right time for me. As someone who works in trauma-sensitive facilitation & youth development. I'm always looking for approaches that honor both the science and the humanity of healing. The facilitator -Franco, & the course content are doing exactly that. I appreciate how he breakdown neuroscience in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. The tools are practical, companionate, & deeply aligned with dignity-centred work. Franco, the way you teach (online videos) is lekker, and funny and we can easily relate and engage with the lessons you give. Lesson/ Module Review:
The lessons were engaging and practical, clearly explaining key ideas like mindset, goal-setting, and consistency. The coach, Franco, made complex concepts easy to understand and apply, using relatable examples and a very energetic way of presenting.
It also encouraged self-reflection, which made the session personally meaningful. Also taking into account Joe we can better relate with others and harnessing our skills for interpersonal relationships.
Overall, it was a motivating and useful session with actionable insights for personal growth. Loved the module and videos! Made for seamless learning, especially on-the-go.

I have struggled a lot with negative self talk, I have been too good to be true kinder person. Even I was granted a bursary. Right now I'm glad I took a leap of faith because my mind is renewed, yet I'm still half through the course. Now I pay attention to my thought and things I say about myself or environment and daily habits. Facilitator Franco is fun too, I'm enjoy the course.,
The course is life transforming. It has changed the perception I had with life in general. I have learnt that there are things that sometimes do not seem as if they are because we were not interested in those, but once you have put value and importance on them you tend to discover them more often or on a daily basis, thus "RAS" working on us.
