Went here for the first time the other day and was impressed by the staff and the doctor! They are very knowledgeable and friendly people. I actually went to the wrong address, we are new to the area. I was running late and the office called and asked me if I was still planning to come in for my visit, if so they would wait for me and actually gave me the correct address!

Have been seeing Dr Malidore for years and always had fantastic service. Now that he has merged with Schoepflin Dental, it has very much become subpar. I have had 2 visits with them since this happened. My first appt was fine because they still had the same hygienist I had been seeing for years. However, my most recent visit was terrible. I felt like I was just a number and a way to generate revenue to them. Even Dr Malidore seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't say bye to me when his exam was completed and he rushed off to the next patient. They have also changed how you get your teeth cleaned and no longer have one on one care. The worst part was the hygienist, who I had never met before. She introduced herself behind my head and then proceeded to clean my teeth. She used a Cavi and since I had not had one used before at this practice, I expected her to explain what she was going to do. Nothing. So, I asked her. She said it was a vibrating tool that gets the plague off. Nice. However, when the water was spraying all over my face and dripping down my cheeks and neck numerous times, no response like, opps, sorry. When I asked if the water temp could be warmed. She said no but did not ask any follow ups like, are you ok? is this uncomfortable? But the biggest issue? she was CHEWING GUM the entire time. Yes, it was behind a mask, but still. How unprofessional is that? I went home and thought about it and the next day I called and spoke with the office manager. I explained the experience I had. I expected her to apologize for the lack of professionalism the hygenist had and say it would be addressed, but no, she just wanted to know what I would like to happen from my conversation with her. Seriously? I would like someone to explain professional behavior to the hygienist because I did not want anyone else to have the same experience. At the very least, not chew gum while working on a patient! She indicated on my record that I will not see that hygienist again per my request. I expected more than this, I guess, and was left with "I will let the appropriate people know." Not once was there any empathy or apology for my experience. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I guess I was spoiled with excellent dental care for years from Dr Malidore and staff when he was independent. But now, eh, sub par for sure. Of note, the front desk staff has been very friendly and competent when I have dealt with them.
Had a fantastic experience here. From the moment I walked in I could tell this was a happy atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, very nice and professional making the whole experience from check in to check out a breeze. Super excited to have found this dentist, who was also very friendly and explained everything they were doing. I’ve already recommended friends and coworkers to come here if they needed a dentist.

I think the number of x-rays they take is a bit excessive. Also, when the doctor spoke to me, he stood behind me and I couldn't even see what he looked like. Even if he is in a hurry, he could have stepped forward into my line of sight.
However, I was happy with the overall experience. The hygienist was thorough and amiable.
Outstanding patient care with an emphasis on your long range health and wellbeing. As a member of a retired dentistry family, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate quality care. My sincere thanks to the entire Schoepflin Dental Team.

I appreciate the fact they are so close to me. All the staff here are excellent! I got first rate service right away and everyone was Awesome to me. Dr Schoepflin has a great sense of humor, and I love that! I wish I could have gone to them a long time ago!
