We had a new roof and siding put on this year and it looks great! Once the new siding was put on, we had our pest control vendor come back to see if there were any areas needing blocked off so critters could not get into our house. The technician was so impressed with how everything was sealed properly, he asked for the name of the company that did the siding.
Today we had our roof replaced by Schoenherr Roofing! They replaced the shingles on the house, garage and shed. On the house, all wood decking was replaced with a few on the garage. Ridge vent installed on the house and garage. Crew was here early as schedule and on time. I watched this five man crew work constantly with a break for lunch. My home is a two story colonial. This crew had to carry all the lumber and shingles to the top of the roof. Shingles carried up to top of the garage as. The crew leader (Luis) was very polite. He took pictures throughout sending them to his boss Chad. Chad then forward them to me to keep me up to date. Even views from the top of the roof where I couldn’t see. The crew did an outstanding job cleaning the area upon completion. All of this work by 5 men in one day (12 hrs). I could not have asked for a better experience. Sorry if this is long but every member of the Schoenherr team that I dealt with went beyond my expectations. David, sales person was the only one who inspected my attic and included some extra work there. He also walked the roof. He was the last estimate and the only one who put a temporary patch on the roof to mitigate the interior damage. The other employee was Josh, the installation supervisor. He was very professional and provided about 30 photos of the work done in the attic and on the roof. These were areas that I could not inspect myself. I also want to mention Emma in the office. She was also friendly and competent.
Schoenherr roofing did a fantastic job with the roof replacement. From start to finish they were professional, timely, friendly. And we had consistent communication with them through the whole process. I would recommend them, they made the process very easy and smooth, completed the roof in one day.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Exterior Specialist, David Schafer, came out to give an estimate. He went up on the roof and also went up in the attic and took lots pictures. He also compiled a 6 minute video showing the problem areas and explained how these problems would be taken care of. Extremely thorough. I had two other companies give a quote and neither of them took any pictures or a video and they didn’t mention some of the problems that David had found. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and you could tell he loved his job. So it was an easy decision to chose Schoenherr Roofing. The next person to call was our project manager, Josh Huelsenbeck. Super nice guy and very knowledgable as well. He came out to inspect the job and explained all the steps that would occur before the roof was installed. Communication with them was fantastic. You receive a phone call or text messages every step of the way: when the permits have been pulled, when materials were to be delivered, when the dumpster would arrive, and when the project would start. They also check in with you to see if you had any questions. Installation went great. Great care was taken to cover the windows and garage door, to avoid damage. The roof looks great. Site cleanup was exceptional too. Josh came out the next day to inspect the roof and attic and make sure everything was completed. And then David stopped back out to see the roof too. To my surprise, he also inspected the roof and attic. When he finished, he showed me a 2 minute video that showed the problem areas before and after. Very impressive and it gives you peace of mind that everything was taken care of and nothing fell through the cracks. I cannot express how happy I am with Schoenherr Roofing. I highly recommend them.
The Schoenherr Roofing Team provided an outstanding roof replacement experience from start to finish! Everyone—from sales to installation—was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Our project manager, Matt, was awesome, keeping everything organized and ensuring the project went smoothly.
They answered all our questions, explained the process thoroughly, and communicated excellently throughout. We received quotes from other companies, and while Schoenherr was neither the cheapest nor most expensive, the quality of the materials, craftsmanship, service, and overall experience made the investment well worth it.
The cleanup was especially impressive—you could barely tell a major construction project had taken place!

They were in constant contact with me, via phone call, text, or email from my call to schedule an estimate. They emailed me photos, and 3D drawings before the day of the estimate. The salesman was very professional. He walked on top of the roof, and inside both attic entrances. He went out to his car and loaded all the information on his laptop. He explained, with photos the condition of the roof, and inside the attic. They ordered the permit, scheduled the installation, delivered all materials the day before, and arrived at 7am the next day to install. The crew were polite, and efficient. The house was tarped from roof to ground, landscaping covered, and everything treated with respect 😊 They cleaned up everything before they left. They went way above my expectations 👏

A very special thanks and my gratitude should be given to Tom and Steve for their patience and the expert job they did for fixing my issue!!!!! It should be noted that my neighbor across the street hired Schoenherr after watching my roof being replaced. This is how Matt and I met and when he sprung into action to address my issue.
