Nathan Woods is amazing! Nathan was able to get my stubborn Chromebook set up and be able to remote into my work desktop. He walked me through the entire process to make sure I knew what was going on as he was navigating through my laptop and work desktop. Once everything was working, he walked me through one last time to make sure I knew how to gain access back into my desktop. He is thorough and definitely top-notch! And a quick shout out to Jay Segars as well!!! He got the ball rolling on this challenge. Nathan and Jay are stellar!!! Thank you!

Jay was very helpful and patient with me. I don't understand much IT and he helped me through getting 4 new printers being corrected.
