Scandinavian Cleaning provides first-rate cleaning and good value. My 2 bedroom condo with polished white porcelain tile was sparkling clean. Very responsive to specific requests about problem areas in my unit. Efficient and quick. So much better than larger cleaning services.
After I told them I went with another cleaner they asked me to cancel the request for them in thumbtack so they wouldn’t be billed for the lead. This also canceled the other cleaner automatically so now I have no cleaner on the one day I needed it.
Based on our previous communication, we understood that you no longer needed cleaning services and therefore asked that the appointment be canceled. We did not realize that you had chosen another cleaning company; we genuinely believed that you simply did not require the service at that time.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. To make up for this misunderstanding, we would be happy to clean your home free of charge.

1. Reliability - They showed up exactly when promised and even sent a reminder the day before, which I appreciated.
2. No surprises - Their pricing is straightforward, with a clear list of services and costs upfront.
3. Quality - We hired them for a move-out cleaning after a tenant vacated one of our rental units and after we completed some construction updates. The unit was empty but covered in construction dust, and we wanted a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning, including inside cabinets, windows, and all the little details.
