Excellent access, clean and tidy with good sized pitches well spaced apart. Good to have hard standings and gravel internal roads. Used our awning on the gravel pitch and needed our strong pegs with 4 pound hammer which was fine. Enjoyed the short walk to the Westbourne shop and the Fish and Chips in the town.

Second time of staying at this delightful site. We use Reliance Caravan & Motorhome Services who are based in nearby Funtington, and this location is perfect for us to overnight at when we need to stay in the area. The lack of washroom facilities never bothers us as we are 100% self-contained in our motorhome. There's everything you need to hand at the side of each pitch in respect of EHU, fresh water and grey waste drain outlet. The pitches are level and spacious enough to accommodate an 8 metre unit without issue. The tended lawn area balances well with the purposefully left wild garden areas, and as a result, there's not only wild flowers growing, but lots of small birdlife too. There's a drive over grey waste drain near the office, as well as a decent elsan disposal point. Unlike some sites, this is well placed and relatively easy to be able to position your undermounted grey waste outlet over the actual drain point. A ten minute walk down to Westbourne and you've all you need in respect of cafe's, pub, fish & chip shop, Co-Op etc. We love the site and will definitely book again for our next annual habitation check visit.

Lovely well laid out CL, spacious site. Quiet. Own shower/wc needed as none on site. The Stag in Westbourne was very friendly with good food. Emsworth also good for food/drinks.

Lovely quiet spot with your own picnic table, spacious and well kept, no toilets or showers, but a short 15 minute walk to Westbourne for shops, food, pubs etc I will be back!

Stayed over the weekend of 8-10 March. Had been very wet for many weeks & we had lots of correspondence from owners about site conditions. They moved our pitch to insure we were on a drier one. Lovely site with water, fresh & waste on pitch & hook up. For us this was a fact finding trip as we had only just acquired our vehicle. Pitches are large with a picnic table adjoining. You need to be self sufficient as there is no shower or toilet block on site but we were aware of this before we booked. Great access & as long as you stick to the service road there is no risk of getting bogged down. Great site would come again.

Excellent pitches, with everything, literally, on tap. Very clean site with generous pitch sizes and picnic table/benches and good CV/MoHo service point. Plenty to do in the area (if it stopped raining, any way!). Recommended - we will go back.

Lovely clean site and the owners are very nice. Very handy stay overnight for the ferry to France. Downside I'd it's not made clear when booking that there's no toilet/shower block.

Great site, we had our 3 10-12 hrs kids and a dog, but loads of space, first class facilities. Owner very pleasant Westbourne walking distance. A hidden gem in Hampshire / East Sussex, will return. Thanks.

Had a recent week break here the positives are fully serviced pitches with plenty of space between your neighbours and you which was lovely. There is a secure entrance to the site which was reassuring. The negatives for us are our own personal niggles of some road noise & it is on the site of a working nursery business 6 days of the week 9/5. Our particular pitch didn't have a sea view but did look out over the grassy site with trees & hedges.

This is our third visit and will be back as we enjoy our visit as it is dog friendly, has a great location with large serviced pitches and an excellent dog walk. Please note there are no facilities on his campsite. Walking distance to Westbourne where you will find a Co-Op plus a great fish & chips shop as well as other places to grab some food or a drink. I recommend a visit to Stansted House which is not far, you can walk it as well. On our last trip we discovered Staunton Country park which is a 10 minute or so drive away and has parking (paid) plus large ground for a walk and a lovely café in the old coach house. You can also visit the farm if you wish.

Really nice site, easy to access and well laid out, with lovely space between pitches. Lots of planting is taking place, so will be even better when more trees/shrubs established for a bit more character. Great access to footpaths and lovely walks, we enjoyed a good walk around Thorney Island and also around Stansted Forest. Good communication with the site throughout.

Lovely quiet site, well maintained with friendly staff. Excellent security with electric gates. A 10 minute walk to the little village if Westbourne which has everything you may need, with a well kept playground near by for the kids. Only thing that could have made it even better would be on site toilets and shower facilities. Really enjoy and will definitely go back again.
