My husband and I were in town for a few days and fortunately booked our waterfall tour with Sasquatch for Sunday morning and had near perfect, sunny weather. Alan did a fantastic job getting us there safely and showing us the sights. The shuttle was clean and not having to worry about parking made it stress-free and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Sasquatch Shuttle to visit the local waterfalls. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easy to use booking options online, plus the option to get a $20 coupon per person for food at an area food truck site with tons of food options available. Easy check-in for the tour, a skilled and local tour guide/driver, an easy way to see Bridal Veil Falls (unless you want the mile hike), and gave us good directions and instructions at each stop, with good background info about each area. Taking a tour helped me to enjoy the sights and look around rather than being focused on driving. We wanted to see the many falls without having to research the drive and maps to do so on our brief visit to Portland. The falls are beautiful, as are the woods and rivers throughout the area. The bus was available if you wanted to get out of the rain. They also have a storefront when you get the the tour location, so any last minute snacks, drinks, or tourist or weather-related items are available for purchase. They're also just a couple of doors down from the Columbia outlet store, which was great! Some fast food options in this area of the store were available as well. Options for snacks along the tour are at the Vista Point gift store and Multnomah Falls, also different food options at Multnomah from a snack shop, coffee and fudge shop to a restaurant fir full meal service. We enjoyed our time on the tour, and the clear timelines for every stop... along with advice for the best bathrooms to use, very important.

My partner and I did the 2.5 hour waterfall loop guided tour with Keenan. It is $80/person, but each ticket also includes a $20 voucher to the gift shop (souvenirs, ponchos, snacks). Overall I would not recommend this to someone who has access to a car.
To tell you the truth it really had potential, it was just not good. Keenan was not good. We left 15-20 minutes past our scheduled departure even though we were all in the shuttle ready to go, and he just kept yapping about:
-how he has a $12,000 award winning German shepherd stud
-his farm on top of the gorge
-his daughter was valedictorian
-his wife is Native American
-How much this, that, and the other thing he owns costs
Okay I’m making it sound cool, and really those things are cool, but I think it started with “what’s your name”, and he just kept talking for forever on a string of subjects that did not go together or were not relevant to anything anyone else had mentioned. Does that make sense? Like he was having a conversation with himself. It continued like this for much of the tour. It didn’t feel like a waterfall tour, it felt like a Keenan tour. I was thinking to myself “well…if he could be a tour guide…so could I and maybe I should!”.
The waterfalls themselves are stunning. I wish he talked more about the land forms, flora and fauna, and history. Those parts of the tour were interesting. His farm was not what I signed up for. He’s a master mushroomer, tell me about some mushrooms when we see them! I don’t know. Come out of the shuttle at each spot! Other tour guides (from other companies) took pictures of my partner and I at a couple different waterfalls. I wish Keenan could have.
I think I’ve been blessed to have amazing tour guides around the world and even on this trip, and Keenan is just not it for me. I may be spoiled, but I think tour guides should be outgoing, knowledgeable, funny, and interesting. He was not.

The Sasquatch Shuttle service was a gem to find and experience! The friendly morning driver, Cill, made sure the passengers got to and from Multnomah Falls in a timely and safe manner. I’ll be recommending this service to my family and friends back home in Louisiana.

Went on the tour on 8/22/25 , with Keenan Harding as our Tour guide and it was amazing.
This shuttle bus is the only way to go and it saves you a lot of walking on your own. It has comfortable seats and air conditioning. Driving to the Fall’s , Keenan will keep you informed about the surrounding areas, as he was raised in the area and still lives close by.
He will keep you entertained with stories and give you different info about each Fall and make your trip worthwhile.
All 5 Fall's are all beautiful and unique in their own way.
So glad we decided to do the Sasquatch Shuttle. Thank you Keenan for a wonderful 3.5 hours of fun and laughter.

We used this Sasquatch Shuttle to get the ride to Mulnolta Falls. It is so affordable at $5/person and saved us from doing the driving. We could just relax and enjoy the awesome scenery. The driver was prompt and it couldn't have been better.

Awesome waterfall tour! We had the best time ever, Keenan was an excellent guide. As a local (with an out of town guest) I thought I was fairly knowledgeable about this area. But I learned so much on our tour and was entertained the whole way!
So nice to have someone else do the driving and navigation!! We will do this again!!!!

We had a great time visiting and learning about a few of the waterfalls in the Gorge near Troutdale, Oregon while taking a Sasquatch Shuttle Tour. Our tour guide (Keenan Harding) was knowledgeable, funny, and personable. We loved every minute of this tour! If you're in the Portland area and want to experience the nature and history of a small piece of Oregon, my wife and I highly recommend Sasquatch Shuttle! A good time will be had by all!!!

Excellent tour & highly recommend! Tyler was our guide he was very knowledgeable, friendly & absolutely fantastic! This tour is definitely the way to go to see the waterfalls. Very convenient since you don't have to worry about parking or driving all you have to do is sit back & enjoy the gorgeous scenery! Plenty of time to enjoy each waterfall without feeling rushed! 100% would recommend Sasquatch Tours!
