Rude unethical, unprofessional
My experience was absolutely horrible. First, she tried to say that I was getting on without paying and second she demanded that I paid or I was removed off of the ship one I had already purchased previous tickets.This was my daughter‘s first trip to Dominican Republic, and her experience was absolutely horrible. I ended up having to pay an extra $180 on top of fees had already paid for.This person was rude nasty unprofessional unethical. I do not recommend anybody buying anything from her.

It started off badly from the start, with the departure delayed by over an hour. Then the minibus we were in had its brakes damaged and we had to stop twice, once at a car stop for 1 hour and then another in the middle of the highway since we needed roadside assistance because the minibus ran out of brakes as they overheated. The minibus is really small and uncomfortable, it's super tight. We arrived 2 hours late Then the staff put us on a boat and only let us stay on the island for an hour. But the real complaint comes here, on the way back the driver didn't care that my wife was pregnant and allowed one of the passengers who was drunk to try to beat me up because I asked him to turn down the volume of the speaker since he was playing music really loud. Honestly, I don't recommend this agency or any other. Next time, it's better to rent a car and pay for direct boat transport to the island.

The start was really long, we waited 1 hour 15 minutes in the boat before leaving, in the sun, and I love the heat, but with the kids it's not easy to keep them patient... otherwise, after a great atmosphere in the 1st boat on the road, the guide wasn't very present for us, we had to look for explanations a bit later. On the beach itself, it's a shame there's nothing to do except for the beach or even to buy a pina colada, no souvenirs at all

isla Saona es una maravilla. Esta excursión es muy básica. El barco no está mal. El guía, ni habló con nosotros. Paramos en la piscina natural. No se ve nada, el agua allí no es transparente con tanta gente y tanto barco. Ni un pez y menos estrellas. Vino un fotógrafo a hacernos fotos nos fastidió el rato, nos perdió unas gafas de snorkel.. Nos hizo 91 fotos, casi todas iguales solo se veía el agua y luego nos las quiso vender a 189 euros...unas fotos digitales....la comida muy normalita. Allí hoy en día todo es muy caro, pero tal vez es mejor gastarse algo más y hacer otra excursión. Realmente vas a una playa bonita una hora y media.

Bellissima attività. Spiaggia spaziale; abbiamo preso un’aragosta da 30€, buonissima. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione; arrivati al punto di incontro all’esercente non risultava la prenotazione per un errore di comunicazione tra le varie agenzie. Per andare dovevamo pagare 140€ (in 2); fortunatamente giusto prima di partire hanno verificato un’ultima volta e finalmente la prenotazione esisteva!
