Ein rundum toller Abend. Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und an der Kochschule direkt mit einem kleinen Snack und einem tollen Drink empfangen. Lira hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles genau erklärt, auch wie wir die Rezepte Zuhause nachkochen können. Das zusammen gekochte Essen war hervorragend.

Wat een leuke workshop. Het stond al wat langer op mijn verlanglijstje om een kookworkshop te doen op Bali. 3 heerlijke gerechten samen met andere deelnemers gemaakt onder de leiding van Ibu Lira. Daarna ook natuurlijk alles samen opgegeten. Ga dit ook zeker thuis proberen te maken!! Bedankt Lira!

The cooking class with Lira and her team was a fantastic experience starting with a pick up from our accomodation. When everyone had arrived the fun began with an intro for the ingredients, then chopping and grinding the pastes and sambals. The rendang was incredible, the Satay lilit combined with the sambal was a great way to start the tasting (rendang takes a while to make) and the Dadar Gulung was a bit of fun to make as a dessert. Make sure to go hungry, at the end there is lots to get through! Luckily they have the complimentary ride home as you're so full you'll almost forget where you're staying. 😂 Thanks again for great day Lira, my family and I had a great time!

Wat een leuke kookcursus was dit! We werden opgehaald in ons hotel en bij aankomst kregen we wat te drinken en een heerlijke snack! Vooraf konden we doorgeven wat we wilden maken en alle ingrediënten stonden voor ons klaar! We kregen veel uitleg over alle ingrediënten, mochten alles proeven en het was super gezellig! Alles was goed gelukt en we hebben daarna heerlijk met onze familie gegeten! Echt een aanrader als je een keer wat anders wilt doen in Sanur! Super bedankt Lira en jou team, voor de gastvrijheid en de gezellige dag!
