This was my 1st time riding a horse. Our guide, Gerrel, made the experience wonderful! He walked alongside my husband and I to make sure we were comfortable and guided the horses when they became a little stubborn (Tevo wanted to stay on the beach). This is another must do if you come to St. Lucia.
An absolutely amazing experience. I will recommend this to everyone I meet. Once in a lifetime experience. Our tour guide Desi was incredible. All the staff we had interacted with was so kind and sweet. If you visit st. Lucia, this is a must stop. Make sure to pet the puppies too! They are also incredibly friendly and love the rubs!!!
Excellent experience. The ride and staff were amazing and my family had an incredible time. Stefon and Jerell are not only exceptional guides but really genuine and eager to provide superb service. We had an amazing couple of hours riding at Sandy Hoofs, our guide walked with us and was really informative and chatty, loved his horses and his horses loved him too, they were so well looked after and in perfect condition, my horse never took his eyes off the guide he absolutely adored him, brilliant day and to ride into the sea was just perfect 🤩 you won’t be disappointed here. Well done team.

Lovely experience. I have my own horses so riding on holiday is not something we do. We booked a 2 hr hack to the beach with an option to swim in the sea. We don’t do that in Scotland as we would freeze! The horses are well fed well shod and the tack is always put on with care. Jorel our guide really cares for the horse and looks after them as well as us. The swim was fun which you do bareback. When we got back the horses are hosed down and given hay in their stable. We booked a taxi ourselves to get there but the stable would organise one if you wish. 100% recommend

Stefan was great!
Stefan was really awesome! He joked with us, was patient and we just had a great time. I was nervous with my horse a little because I’m a scared-y cat lol but Stefan was there with me and my horse the whole time. He was rear and I would def do this tour again! The privacy and the icon was great and the food wrapped for the picnic was so cute too

Incredible experience, and the horses are happy as can be… the guides/caretakers love the animals, and the owners are there helping… absolutely recommend 1000X over… loved it

This was an absolutely incredible experience and I would recommend it to anyone! My husband and I came for our honeymoon and wanted to try the horse back riding even though we had zero experience on horses - the staff at Sandy Hoofs were amazing. They set us up on horses appropriate for our skill level and made us feel so comfortable the entire time. Our guide was so friendly, so knowledgeable and very kind! He took so many photos for us and we’ll have these now forever to remember this amazing experience. We did the 9am time slot - which I would totally recommend because it gets hot! Our ride was 2 hours - which felt like plenty of time. We visited two beaches, and saw incredible views. This excursion is a must do!
