Great company, no surprises. Have undersink RO system installed by prior owner & needed replacement parts/general maintenance. Had service completed site within 24 hours of phonecon, all questions answered with no hiccups. Will utilize again in future, definitely recommend.

My old under sink RO system crapped out, I call a few places, San Diego Pure Water got back to me right away, answered all my questions and had a great price point. Installation went great! I am very pleased with the product and company! Would use again!

The change out of the 4 filters under the kitchen sink went well. The tank of the reverse osmosis tank was pressurized. I do not hesitate to recommend San Diego Pure Water. I will call them in the future.

SD Pure water was very knowledgeable and in tune with our needs. They were able to adjust system requirements to meet our needs and installation went flawlessly. We had a whole house filter for removing nitrates with an under sink reverse osmosis system installed. Highly recommended- water is tasting pure and clean.

These guys installed my water filtration canister over 10 years ago. I noticed sediment on the shower head. I called them back. They tested the water. Of course, I have hard water in San Marcos. I discovered that the canister really needs to refurbished. They came and did the job in about an hour. Everyone was professional and caring. I appreciate it.

I was provided with the best customer service. The guys Mark, Jack, and Martin were the best. I was able to get what I wanted for a reasonable price. The day before my installation, Jack came by my house to assess where to properly place the system so there would be no surprise for the tech. A day later, Martin was able to install my water system professionally and without any problems. I would highly recommend San Diego Pure Water to anyone.
