I have 2 whole-house water conditioning and software systems plus one undersink water purifier from San Diego Pure Water. All systems have performed well. When questions arise, SDPW has been quick to respond. The annual services have been performed when requested and very efficiently. I'm very satisfied.
I just bought a new home and had SD Pure Water install a whole house filtration and Softwater system plus two drinking water systems. Martin did an excellent job. Meticulous install on all 3 systems.

We had our first reverse osmosis system installed yesterday by San Diego Purify, and I couldn’t be happier! The technician was absolutely amazing—professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond. The management team has also been incredibly supportive every step of the way.
After experiencing the difference, I’m convinced this is the right system for our PandaNme families, we believe 1,000 more systems will be installed by the end of this year. Clean water is life—and this is just the beginning!

We ended up using the salt based water softener system, and had two additional point-of-use RO filters for drinking water.
Starting with Jack from the sales team over the phone, very honest, upfront about costs and expectations without hiding anything (other companies didn’t mention the maintenance costs until you ask them specifically). He spent a lot of time over the phone talking about their products, and also in person when visiting the house. They have multiple different products including non-salt based conditioning systems (whereas other companies seemed to have one or the other and had a bias obviously), but he just gives the pros/cons to each, and not pushy at all.
Overall the costs I thought were about the same as all the other local companies and basically no ongoing maintenance costs (aside from cheap salt refills, and annual RO filter changes, which are not significant)
Then their plumber who installs the products Martin was amazing. Again super friendly, spends a lot of time with you and educates you if you’re interested. Gives his personal number for any issues that pop up, and troubleshoots very well. We had an extra unique situation where I wanted one of the RO units going to a CO2 pressurized keg for sparkling water—he understood our request very well and delivered. He also went above and beyond by picking up a completely unrelated issue with my plumbing (sink had a leak), had the extra supplies on hand to fix this issue. You could tell he really cares and just wants his customers to be pleased.
Highly recommend this company.

The change out of the 4 filters under the kitchen sink went well. The tank of the reverse osmosis tank was pressurized. I do not hesitate to recommend San Diego Pure Water. I will call them in the future.
