I love the homely feel . Clean and cosy. Nothing too much for the owner Paul . who runs everything single handed .His passion and pride in this lovely house is very clear . His knowledge of the area is excellent to . Maps and information for town and area a real bonus . Plus a breakfast that is definately first class . So glad I have a second night here.. book quick as I can see why this little gem is so busy .

Ideal location for a short stay in Oxford Had a lovely stay with Paul. The property is well presented and our large room was clean and comfortable. There is easy access to Oxford centre both walking and a bus stop very close. Headingtion has a great local feel. Surprisingly quiet as on main road into Oxford so no concerns there.

Clean, comfortable and cosy guesthouse with a warm welcome. Very welcoming family run guest house in the Headington area. Rooms are warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The overall décor could be called dated by some or in keeping with the age and style of the house. The shower room was bag up to date though and the TV has buttons for Prime and Netflix. There is an inexhaustible supply of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and toiletries plus availability of umbrellas and hairdryers. Breakfast is not served and there are no catering facilities although nearby are 3 major supermarkets and a range of pubs, fast food outlets and other dining options.

I was staying in Oxford as my husband was in the John Radcliffe. The house is full of character, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. In addition, Paul did everything he could to make it easy for me to concentrate on my husband. This included an early check in and late check out, as well as allowing a family member to park when visiting the hospital. He could not have been kinder at a time that we really needed it. Thank you Paul.

A wonderful stay; Paul was an incredibly gracious host who went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay mem ☺ The property is great, Paul keeps it very clean. The location is amazing, just outside of Oxford with a bus stop within a 3 minute walk which takes you straight to the city centre. Additionally there are lots of restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
