Can’t thank James enough for his expertise and help with our CCTV system. We had an issue with our system after our Wi-Fi went down, and James came out the very same day I contacted him to get everything resolved. He was also at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had after he’d left, which was incredibly reassuring. James is incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend both James and the company to anyone needing help with their CCTV system. Excellent service from start to finish and will definitely be using them again if I was to ever have anymore issues. Thankyou again.

Exceptional Service I highly recommend Sanders Secure. James fitted our new alarm system and it was an exceptional and professional service from start to finish. From start to finish, James was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He fitted our new alarm system, CCTV, fire panel and smoke detectors to an excellent standard, and we couldn't be happier with the work. Everything was explained clearly, the installation was neat and professional, and James took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left (Even sacrificing his own hand, by testing out the shock proof door system, giving staff members a laugh)We now have complete peace of mind knowing our security and fire protection systems are in safe hands and all up to standard. We were having problems with our security alarm which was installed 20 years ago, was unfortunately made worse by the internal cable being accidentally cut in the loft. After reading really good reviews on the website we contacted Sanders Secure and booked a service call for an engineer to come to the house and repair the alarm. James Sanders off Sanders Secure was really friendly and very helpful, recognising the issues and repairing our security alarm system to working order. Having been informed previously by a BT telephone engineer and confirmed by James, that the line connection for our security alarm would soon become obsolete as everything was going digital we decided to purchase a new digital security system from Sanders Secure and book another date for the installation. On Friday 19 June 2026 James the engineer returned to remove the old security alarm system and install the new digital security alarm system. Keypad, External Bell and Power Unit. Absolutely thrilled with the new Sanders Secure security system, easy to activate the system, many features, functions that enables us to activate the security system externally / holiday as well as internally and with extra security functions available should we want to add other areas to our system in the future. On completion of the installation James guided my wife and I through the download of the app, providing the required details for access to the system, patiently talking us through operating the digital alarm system and answering any questions we may have. Excellent service from Sanders Secure throughout and especially from James. Would highly recommend Sanders Secure to anyone needing a security alarm or wanting to upgrade their security system. Impressed with Sanders Secure My wife and I were delighted to meet James who immediately reassured us about updating our home alarm system. We now have a much improved and easier alarm system than we can activate from our mobile phones or using a fob and of course the old fashioned way of using the key pad. Top Company. Nothing too much trouble and swiftly fixes issues when they arise. We had some work done to the outside of the house that required equipment to be removed and replaced - twice. This Compant had no problem accommodating and kept the alarm operating whilst work was carried out. We needed a new solution to security after moving to a new property. Our old house was fitted with an alarm and we felt we needed the same level of security at our new house. We reached out to Sanders Secure and within a couple of days James made a visit with some test systems we could view. After some deliberating we decided to go for a wireless system and placed the order. Within 4 weeks the system was being installed. We are very happy with the system installed and the service provided by Sanders Secure and in particular James and Gina who have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We could not recommend them enough and will certainly use them for maintenance and enhancement in the future. A fantastic job well done!
