VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. I read their reviews and saw a lot of people mention the name Jose so I called and the guy who answered said his name is Juan. I asked if could speak to Jose. He said I am Jose. So I said are you Juan or Jose. And he replied in a rude way that he was too busy to waste his time. I checked their website and there’s no mention there about the owner or no one. This is shady. It’s almost like they’re afraid to show the owners face and name. I wouldn’t trust them

Jose hasn’t done any work for me yet, but he was supposed to come on Friday to give me an estimate & he never showed up, nor did he call to let me know he wasn’t able to come. So I hear from him on Saturday, again made plans for him to come Sunday, no show, no phone call. He calls me today giving me some lame excuse and said he would come today at 5:00. Again no show nor a phone call. He has horrible customer service and I can’t believe he treats future clients this way. I do not recommend him to anyone & I will find someone else who is responsible and appreciates new clients clearly Jose does not. I take this as a sign, if he can’t keep his appointments, then that says a lot about him and his work performance!
