Perfect location, nice and quiet but right by the beach. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, and make you feel so welcome! The food, common areas, gym and pool are all fantastic and well kept! Would definitely recommend and come back!

I completed the 200 hours online Ashtanga and Vinyasa programme and all the material was so well thought and easy to follow! It was a great option for me as it was affordable and I was able to set the pace and complete it around my full time job. So glad I went with Sampoorna - lots of support and knowledge. Thank you! 🙏

Sampoorna is set away from the main part of Goa in beautiful surroundings. Amazing staff, location and facilities. Quality of the food is excellent. Had excellent hatha classes here with Krista- would not hesitate to recommend!

Loved my time at Sampoorna. Was doing the 300hr YTT. The training schedule is intense, very long days with little time to process. The teachers make it very interesting luckily. High lights being Preet’s vinyasa flow classes (so well constructed), Vishu’s philosophy & meditation guidance (learned a lot), and Steph’s teaching skills. Would recommend. Wish it was directly at the beach instead a 2 min walk 😆
