We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.
However, as clearly communicated at the time of booking, there is "no refund policy for same-day cancellations". The trip arrangements (hotel bookings, vehicle blocking, vendor payments, and operational costs) are confirmed in advance, and payments are processed immediately to secure services.
In this case, the cancellation was made on the same day of departure, after all arrangements had already been finalized. Therefore, the amount cannot be refunded as per our standard booking terms and conditions.
We value every customer and operate with complete transparency. We request everyone to kindly verify facts before drawing conclusions.
For any clarification, please feel free to contact us directly. We are always ready to explain our policies clearly.
