☺ Perfect cosy accomodation.in quiet area.
Well equipped, kitchen, needed for nothing.
Very comfortable beds and good quality bedding.
Good location close to shops & harbour.
Parking close to house.
Lovely to have fresh scones and welcome items on arrival.
☹ Nothing to dislike.
Parking adequate - could be very tight if all the holiday lets/houses were in use. Did not bother us & have already rebooked.
Blackout blind in main bedroom alongside the curtains would be beneficial as it gets light early morning. Again did not impact stay.

☺ The property is in a great location, just by the river and very close to cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants.
Clean and tidy, comfortable. We didn’t make use of it fully as we were out and about but kitchen seemed to be very well equipped. Nice touch with bags of crisps and biscuits available on arrival. Would definitely return.

Overall a beautiful appartment in a beautiful location
☺ The apartment was stunning - high level of quality and detail. The master bedroom bed was the comfiest bed in the world. We loves the big windows at the front that you can sit in and watch the world go by. Brilliant access to all the bars / restaurants in the quayside
☹ The single bedroom got very hot even with the fan provided and was a little pokey to be honest - the window couldnt really be opened as it was very grotty out the back of it and very noisy / smells from the restaurant below. And loads of seagulls having a party. The double room on the top floor up in the apex got very hot - even with the fan provided it was like an oven but we had have exceptional weather the weekend we stayed.
The parking space we were given was very tight and close to the railing - it was too small for our car so we ended up having to pay to use the big carpark

Lovely place but non functional internet.
☺ The apartment is very spacious and clean, designated parking, beautiful view over the garden and the sea.
☹ The instruction said the internet is for leisure not business, however the internet was basically non functional! I could watch one piece of news without interruption if I was lucky, no chance with any films or programs on the TV. No mobile signal, WiFi didn’t work, a good cut off from the rest of the world if that’s what you fancy. Luckily there were some card games to play.

We loved Brixham and the weather was fantastic which was good as it meant we didn’t spend too much time in the property
☺ Location was great but could not get our vehicle up the road to unload
☹ Ground floor was very dark and smelt damp. The window in the shower opened out onto the drain courtyard which smelt. The carpet was also pretty dirty and needs a proper clean. As we were using the ground floor sofa bed this area was not ideal.
Upstairs was much better, light & airy.

☺ Needs rug or heavy curtains in dining room as the room eco throughout the house, bathroom needs and upgrade and could do with an extra shower instead of big utility and I presume this is a future thought too considering the tiling state in downstairs toilet. Very nice house and in excellent location.

The perfect location/base to enjoy sightseeing Devon, it is on the level in Brixham Port with parking.
Two beautifully appointed apartments , 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single in each one, with lovely views, very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities to make your self catering stay a perfect one.
Stayed here to play golf locally and eat at the local restaurants in the port.
Highly recommended and wonderfully serviced by Devon Hideaways with great support from Nick and his colleagues.
