Perfect location and a lovely property with character and a garden
☺The locaction was perfect - a very peaceful road one back from the harbour. It was only a minute's walk away to the harbourside and restaurants. The property was delightful, with a lovely small garden with table, chairs and an umbrella. Beautiful views from the lounge window out to the harbour. We found the beds comfortable, and the en-suite and basin on the top floor meant not having to go down two flights of stairs.
☹No suggestions for improvement. Beware however, because of the charming style of the cottage, the second flight of stairs to the top bedroom may make it a challenge to carry up a large or heavy case.

☺Location is fantastic, ease of access, responsiveness of host. Facilities in house were good.
☹Small bathroom always smelt and evidence of mould and leaking due to slow drains. Washing machine leaks. Need a small bistro set for balcony rather than camping chairs.

Absolutely smashing place to stay in Brixham. Double bed was very comfortable
☺Great central location with parking space, a bonus for Brixham. We have a Nissan Juke which just fitted into the space, anything bigger would be a struggle.
☹We’ve stayed here before and loved it so much we came back. The only downside, which didn’t affect our holiday was the noise from the pub behind, but that wasn’t a big issue for us as we went to the pub a couple of times!

Gros coup de cœur pour Brixham, maisonnette bien située
☺Gros coup de cœur pour Brixham, cette ville a une âme, on s'est senti tres bien.
Le calme et la vue depuis cette petite maisonnette. On a pris le petit déjeuner tous les jours sur la terrasse (pas vraiment de vis a vis, a part quelques promeneurs de chien). Propreté de la maison, lits faits a l'arrivée et serviettes disponibles. Petit coin salon bien agréable. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, lave vaiselle ok et lave linge ok.
A 15min a pied de Berry Head, coucher de soleil et dauphins ;)
Le remontée de la ville demande un sacré effort, la cote est peu raide, il faut juste en avoir conscience ;)
☹Le fait de ne pas pouvoir dormir correctement, il fait jour a 6/7heures du matin dans la chambre parentale (on avait fermé les doubles rideaux côté enfants). Il faut vraiment remédier a ca.
Tv connectée non disponible. Machine a café ne fonctionnait pas.
La salle de bain parentale pourrait etre revue (les autres commentaires le precise déjà en 2024 il me semble) le toilette ne s'évacue pas bien du tout, idem pour la douche. Mais heureusement il y a une deuxième salle de bain.

☺The location is great. Even saw dolphins swimming from the balcony on one day.
☹Some details advertised were not available, e.g. there was no BBQ available. Storage for clothing was extremely limited and the kitchen is a bit tired.

The View was perfect.
We loved Seaside Rendevous from the moment we walked in. That view, it is all about the view when you stay in Brixham, 5th time for us. Great parking, loads of room, two bathrooms. Lovely welcome pack and nice bottle of fizz in fridge. We also loved the steps down to the seafront, this needs mentioning in the welcome pack, key is on the coat hooks as you walk in and steps are to the right of the apartment. Only 5 minutes and on the harbour front. Beds comfy and big. Would definitely book again.
