very clean, modern apartment. stunning view over the river

Had a great stay , peaceful other than when trains went by, but not a issue, relaxed with seeing the sea , Clean,tidy had everything we needed

Perfect cosy little cottage for a short break. Comfy, clean and very well equipped kitchen. Nice touches were a selection of teas, milk and a pack of biscuits for our arrival. 5 minute walk down to the harbour with plenty of cafes and bars. No parking possible outside the property as the lanes are so narrow but we always managed to find somewhere to park. Would definitely return!

Great accommodation. The place was very clean and had all the amenities and supplies you'd need. It was also very peaceful there too. The welcome booklet was really helpful, esp. as it included the documentation for the oven and dishwasher, as well as all the other info you'd expect like recommendations about the local area. We made use of the board games available too.The garden seating area had a lovely view, but the steps are very steep so not for everyone. I loved it.There’s no parking next to the property, but I was able to find parking spaces either higher up the road, or on adjoining roads. I also bought a 4-day parking permit which allowed me to park in lots of council car parks in Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.Brixham (and the Torbay area in general) is very hilly so you need a decent amount of mobility. Given that, it’s short walk down to the harbour, which was very convenient.

We had such a great stay and would definitely stay again, and we would use a property manager by Saltwater Escaped again. There were a couple of issues initially which were sorted swiftly and efficiently. Jill at Saltwater Escapes was helpful and responsive and we couldn’t fault her / them. They also had a great app with lots of useful info. Really happy with our stay and had a great holiday.

Fabulous accommodation, secure parking with an EV charge point which was a welcome bonus. Superb value given the high quality of the apartment.

Cannot fault this place, whole family gutted to leave. Excellent communication and service from moment of booking, which continued throughout stay. Everything we needed with two kids in tow. Great location for town and beach. We will be back!

We enjoyed our time in Teignmouth despite the weather. The apartment was very comfortable however I do take exception to the very Draconian arrival and departure times . Couldn’t arrive until 4pm thus missing out on most of the first day, had to leave at 10am thus missing out in the final day. I also take exception to the threat of a fine if we didn’t sort the rubbish and indeed didn’t leave in time. This is not what the ethos of Airbnb is. Look at its beginnings !! Sadly too many companies are jumping on the Airbnb bandwagon and laying down strict hotel rules. Airbnb is not a hotel chain but if they were perhaps they would provide a little more than 4 coffee sachets, 4 UHT milk sachets and 5 teabags. Make your mind up what you are and what your values are.

Easy to find and a good central location and walkable to the town centre, beach and estuary. Very clean and tidy with a modern interior. A well equipped kitchen with lots of gadgets. A very secure apartment but parking was a little tricky in the local streets but there are a few nearby carparks.
