We had a lovely holiday.
The house is in a fabulous location and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony admiring the views.
On the whole the house is comfortable.
However the smell in the upstairs shower and toilet was awful.
Unfortunately this would stop us returning to the house or recommending it to others.
We stayed in a cottage in Brixham over Easter and Saltwater Escapes were very friendly and easy to deal with. They let us enter the property earlier than stated, helped us sorting out the WIFI connection and even posted something we left behind. We would definitely book via Saltwater Escapes again.

☹ The facilities at the property can only be described as gross, mould on the walls, unclean, in dire need of renovation. Don’t book this property for the pool!

Lovely place and Perfect property for pet owners.
☺ It felt like home. Clean, beds comfortable and had everything you need. Would definitely recommend to others especially pet owners as it was Perfect for our fur babies as garden was secure, good size and plenty of scenic dog walks.Location was ideal as it was on same estate that my neice lives on as well as being close to town centre and rugby club as we came down to watch Brixham v Exmouth final. Will definitely be returning.
☹ There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
