☹Some details advertised were not available, e.g. there was no BBQ available. Storage for clothing was extremely limited and the kitchen is a bit tired.

The View was perfect.
We loved Seaside Rendevous from the moment we walked in. That view, it is all about the view when you stay in Brixham, 5th time for us. Great parking, loads of room, two bathrooms. Lovely welcome pack and nice bottle of fizz in fridge. We also loved the steps down to the seafront, this needs mentioning in the welcome pack, key is on the coat hooks as you walk in and steps are to the right of the apartment. Only 5 minutes and on the harbour front. Beds comfy and big. Would definitely book again.

Lovely little cottage with everything too need. Comfy beds and good shower. Right in the heart of the harbour.
☺Great little cottage right near the Brixham harbour. Perfect for drop your bags and go exploring. Portia the point of contact was wonderful. She even rang to check if our stay was ok and if we needed anything. Nice touch of leaving milk, tea & coffee.
☹The cottage located on steep hill with plenty of steps, if you’re elderly or have mobility issues maybe not the best. Also top floor room steps also steep. Keeps you fit though!

☺Location. Fantastic local pub behind and bagel shop below for breakfast. Only a 2 min walk to the harbour. Beds were very comfy. Even had a bottle of bubbles upon arrival.

A very easy place to stay as only a short walking distance down to Brixham harbour and shops.
☺Limpet Cottage is in a very central location with lovely views over the harbour from the dining area. The fresh scones were a welcome treat on arrival and the provision of room fans were much appreciated given the hot weather.
A roomy ground floor bathroom with an efficient shower.
☹We knew that there would be some steep internal stairs given the nature of the property. Not an issue for us but anyone with limited mobility may struggle unless accommodated in the ground floor (double) bedroom. Accessing the 1st floor kitchen/dining room and the outside terrace all involve steep steps and the 2nd twin bedroom is up another flight of narrow stairs in an attic style space. This bedroom is however bright and has its own toilet and wash basin.

Brixham harbour
☺Absolutely fantastic apartment looking over the harbour. Clean and tidy and ideally placed to enjoy fabulous views of Brixham harbour. Another useful piece of information is getting a Ringo parking permit for 4 or 8 days which will cover you in all council carparks from Torquay,Paignton and Brixham. Long stay carpark is unrestricted and a 10 minute walk where as the short stay carparks you can only park for the maximum time at the carpark. Ringo 15846 is the permit code and will give options for 4 or 8 day permit.
☹If i was to be picky then the steep,narrow steps down/up to/from the apartment are a little precarious if your not too good on your feet. But that's all mentioned in the notes and it's a harbour town so no gripe there.

Peaceful, and pleasant. I would definitely stay again.
☺Location was very central with just a short walk to the high street and harbour, the added bonus was the free, allocated parking.
The inside of the property is well laid out and comfortable with the main bedroom at the front bright and airy.
☹The property was clean but just starting to look slightly tired. Will need a lick of paint and a tidy up after this season I suspect, the bathroom especially.
The second bedroom has no natural light which I think should be called out on the description.
