My employer has been using STG for sales training since before I started in March earlier this year.
We started working with our sales trainer Dwyne Shoemaker about three months ago.
I ran my own roofing business for 35 years , had sales training for the last 20 years so I have worked with an number high level trainers.
I sold my business two years ago when I moved to Cape Cod Mass.
When I first met Dwyne it was obvious off the bat he is an exceptional individual and elite performer.
As a business coach he meets his clients where they are. No ego.
I have seen him on zoom, in person, I have heard him on the phone with other clients.
No nonsense, real world results driven advice presented in a way that is specific to each individuals needs and easy to understand.
He has an ability to bring out the best in an individual and team..

I talked with a bunch of Sales Coaches, but I started noticing most will work with any business type across any industry. Well, I myself have worked in a lot of different industries over my career - and its just a fact that there are unique challenges to EVERY single industry. Any coaches that claim “our system works for every kind of business” is just BS in my opinion. STG was the exact opposite. I could tell from day one that they are ALL about the Contractor industry, which made understanding and implementing all the systems and processes they gave us work so much better and faster
