I completed the online portion of my BLS course and was scheduled for the hands‑on skills session. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one was there. The building owner kindly let me inside and helped me get in touch with the company’s owner. Once they realized what happened, they immediately fixed the issue, and I was able to complete my skills check and receive my BLS card just in time for work. The owner was incredibly sweet, responsive, and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
