IT was fine. I had trouble with the lock box to get into the room but eventually figured it out. The room was very warm so I left the door open to let it get cooler while i was there.

I found this company very unprofessional for CPR classes. First of all, when I originally asked if they had Heartsaver CPR classes, they linked me to a Red Cross class (which I ultimately decided to take anyway because Heartsaver classes are for some reason rare around here) showing their lack of attention to detail on important things like who the provider is, and it was generally just not good customer service. The in-person class doesn't have an instructor present (which was disclosed when I signed up so I'm not docking points for that), but they said it'd be a call. Instead it was a Zoom meeting, and because they didn't provide WIFI it used 2.25 GB of mobile data for me. Then there's no way via a phone camera they could accurately assess skills. In fact (since I have wilderness emergency medical training and am familiar with CPR at a professional level) one of the other students was severely not demonstrating mastery but the instructor wasn't holding them to it before granting a certification. Lots of information was repeated from the online portion of the course which wasted a lot of my time. I would not recommend this provider if you're actually trying to learn CPR or wanting a professor-acting instructor. In my case I needed a certification from an urban provider (like Red Cross or AHA) and already knew the skills so this worked out fine for me, but I could see genuine danger in the lack of vigor these classes entail for people who are learning CPR.
Andrew, I’m sorry we missed the mark and that the provider mix-up, the Zoom format (especially without Wi‑Fi), and the amount of repeated content left you feeling like the class wasn’t professional or a good use of your time.
