I obtained a unit from them a month ago and every time I try to get to my things there is something wrong with the doors or they’re having some kind of issue and they just lock the doors and close for days at a time. I was supposed to get a refund for the initial day of moving because that day they locked the doors and I had to leave the moving truck overnight and unpack everything at the crack of dawn the next day to return the truck! No refund has come to me. It’s been weeks and nothing, I was told 3 days. I’ve visited 4 times since then, each time the door is locked and there is some kind of sign basically telling you they’re not letting anyone in. I haven’t been able to get to my things for weeks. I went again today to find yet another sign where they’ve declared again that they will not be opening again until Monday. It’s Saturday. There was an issue with the door for weeks they just kept locking everyone out saying they’re working on it. This company has no decorum when it comes to serving their customers. They have no urgency to provide you access to your belongings that you pay to store. And they don’t uphold their promises when it comes to crediting you for bad situations that they caused. Go somewhere else.

I was locked out of my unit and the employees were quick and efficient with opening my unit. The price for breaking the lock and a new one all together was cheaper than all the locksmiths I called. Thank you again!!

Staff was pleasant but I had to get my belongings out of there. I went in there and everything was chewed up and every there's a ton of mouse and or rat shit.
