You’ve missed a few important parts to your review
1, you was told that the supplier sent us the wrong SD cards with the kit. Hence why we arranged for the sales representative to drive all the way from Yorkshire to you.
2, our engineer did re attend on the 16th but you wasn’t in.
3. The warning sticker was left for you to put on your own vehicle in an appropriate place of your choice.

You are correct one point though , there is a lot of people that have left 5 star reviews. These are HONEST reviews.

Unfortunately you provided your own unbranded equipment that we fitted and the rear camera was faulty. Yes you was charged £180. That is our standard fitting charge for fitting a
customers CarPlay screen and reverse camera. We told you the reverse camera was faulty and you needed to send it back to where you purchased it from . It was me personally that you first spoke to on the phone. You called our office and we tried to call you back but you didn’t answer. When we did speak we told you that we will install your replacement camera for £90 as we have to take e car apart again to fit. You said you only wanted to pay £20. That’s your opinion. But we are not a charity service, we have bills and overheads to pay. Offering to pay £20 is an insult. I’m sure what ever your line of business is you would not spend over an hour and half of your time for £20. Unfortunately products do fail, especially when you buy cheap equipment from online stores. My advice to you is buy better products in the first place and don’t blame the installers when it doesn’t work.
