We would heartily recommend Safari online. Walter and his team are outstanding. This was our first trip to Africa and the options were many. Having received many options from a number of travel operators, we chose Safari online. We felt that Vaneshree really listened to our wants and needs and tailored a package that was "off the hook outstanding". The properties that she chose fit perfectly with what we wanted in our travel experience. We cannot thank her enough for her thoughtful choices. It was an experience and trip of a lifetime. And when there was an early hiccup, through no fault of their own, it was the president of the company (Walter) who answered the phone at 8:30 in the evening and handled everything promptly and professionally. Safari online was there throughout the whole process from planning to start to finish. They should be very proud of the wonderful and professional service that they provide to their clients. Just came back from our trip we booked with Safari Online. We booked the Botswana/Victoria Falls combo but also wanted to see Cape Town. Ilona customized our trip to make that happen. The lodges, hotels, transfers, guides, domestic and international flights were all top notch! We received info about the lodges, vaccination recommendations, tipping guidelines, bush planes, border crossings, packing lists etc etc. We left home feeling well prepared for the trip and the trip did not disappoint, it was fantastic. Ilona was very helpful and stayed in touch during the trip as well to make sure everything met our expectations. Having the entire custom trip on the Travelkey app was also very helpful, your itinerary in your pocket on your phone. Highly recommended trip and company!

Being a first timer scheduling a safari, there were so many company choices to consider. I am so glad that I found Safari Online and our consultant, Kim. From our first communication and throughout the trip planning process, Kim provided real life knowledge and experience and held my virtual hand to ensure we were choosing the right locations and lodges that would make this a retirement and birthday bucket list trip we’d never forget. We just returned from two weeks in South Africa. We worked with Lindsey out of Johannesburg. I wanted to set up a trip for my wife’s 60th birthday. Lindsey was absolutely amazing. We worked together and came up with a trip that met my needs..Linsey set everything up. We had a driver that met us at each of the 3 places we visited. She emailed us our boarding passes before the flights, etc. She also set it up where the lodges and our drivers sang my wife happy birthday along with a cake and other sweets. My wife felt like a princess. I could not be happier with Safari online, but most importantly, Lindsey Calldo. We are from the USA and Safari Online made our trip a breeze!!

I can't say enough good things about Safari Online! Walter designed 2 trips for us - one in 2018 and another in 2024 and they were both perfect. I was initially inspired with one of Safari Online's prepackaged itineraries, but Walter worked with me to tailor it to include our budget, our preferences and found the perfect balance between unbelievable, mindblowing hotels and mid-market hotels that were within our budget. This was our 4th safari but the first time that we have used Safari Online and we have not only received better service than on a safari holiday but perhaps the best service that we have received on any holiday that we have taken. Our consultant Kim was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and took a real interest in the success of our holiday. It was a family holiday with my wife and I, 2 of our children and their spouses and 2 grandchildren but our daughter was ultimately unable to come because she gave birth just prior to leaving. Kim not only saved us any further expense but obtained a full refund of ALL the monies we had paid for our daughter and her husband. She also suggested 2 little known lodges, Evolve Back in the Kalahari and Insika Lodge in Victoria Falls that were the best we ever experienced and which were the highlights of the safari. Safari Online provided a number of extra experiences and excursions for us at no charge and all the arrangements made by them were flawless; every connection and excursion went like clockwork. Thank you Kim for a marvellous holiday!

It was a trip of a life time, planned with great patience by Kim Wagner. There is nothing quite like hearing hippos talk with each other while sleeping in a comfortable tent cabin not many yards from the Okavango Delta. And watching three male lions calmly, side by side having a meal of water buffalo was quite a sight. Our experience in the Delta provided lots of opportunities to see the animals up front and personal. Very special.

My family went on an African Safari in Botswana. Kim, our tour operator, from Safari Online was wonderful to work with. From start to finish, everything that was planned and arranged for us was absolutely amazing. We have traveled many places where the people have been nice but the hospitality we experience was the absolute best we have ever had. It was warm and friendly and they truly made us feel welcomed and that they were so happy we were there. The dining experience at the Palm River Lodge was spectacular. The private dining we had at Chobe Game Lodge was wonderful. There wasn't one thing we didn't like about this vacation. Our absolute favorite place was the Kala Treehouse. Label, the manger, and the two guides, CJ and TT, really out did themselves in creating a family like atmosphere. The hard work, dedication, and communication made this a most memorable experience of a lifetime for my family and myself and a person favorite.
