I have worked with Sofia twice, both times individually, and each session brought great results. She is incredibly calm, grounded, and guides you perfectly according to your needs and goals. I also attended her workshop during the Break Program in Spain, where I learned to communicate more clearly. After this experience, I really wish I had learned this much earlier. Beyond her skills, Sofia is a wonderful soul, I highly recommend her!

I had the privilege of participating in Sofia's workshop in Oliete, Spain on communication when presenting. She gave us valuable insights and recommendations. It was an interactive workshop with lots of hands-on examples that can be applied in various situations. Sofia is an inspiring professional with a strong background and experience in communication (skills). I have participated in the workshop she held during theBreak program and I feel I gained so much knowledge. I learnt how to structure my speech, manage my emotions through the process and help my audience remember the main messages I am aiming to deliver. Besides these, Sofia provided us with clear and easy tools for managing our body language and voice. I participated to Sofia´s training on October 18, 2023 where I learned a lot of thing about how: to structure my presentation, use my voice intonation, body language, how to use silence to make bold statement and how to handle the potential stress before and during my presentation. Sudjelovala sam na predavanju divne Sofie koja je zbilja majstorica komunikacije. Predavanje je bilo jako zanimljivo i korisno, a neke savjete ću primjeniti već sutra. Osim toga, predavanje je bilo i interaktivno pa smo odmah mogle vježbati izaganje naše ideje kao i improvizaciju koja postane ključna kada stvari pođu po zlu. Naučila sam kako prezentirati, kako slušateljima držati pažnju, kako se kretati te kakvu odjeću i nakit nositi. Preporuka za SAB Comunicar!
