I recently had lunch at Sabbabas. First time there. Definitely won't be my last time. It is worth the drive there. First off, although it was a kosher establishment, they served no meat. It was strictly vegetarian fare. (Although they do sell prepackaged meat items. I purchased a package of kosher beef "bacon"). For lunch, I had the fish and chips. The fries were excellent. They obviously weren't standard fast-food fries. The fish, I was told, was red snapper. Very tasty and well prepared. I bought for home a container of kasha varna and a container of their store-made "meatballs." I tried one before I bought the container. It was outstanding! American-Italian chefs would be proud to have a couple sitting on their spaghetti. I was only disappointed with one item - their baklava. To me, it had a strange and overpowering metallic taste at the back end. Moreover, I didn't catch a scent of rosewater, nor any discernible honey. My dining compatriots loved the rugelach, however, so this is the dessert to go with. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
I recently visited Sababa Market and had a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The store carries a wide range of classic Israeli items exactly the kinds of products I grew up with which was both comforting and convenient. Yes, the prices are a bit higher, but that’s expected when you’re getting authentic items quickly instead of waiting for deliveries from Amazon or overseas. Overall, Sababa Market provides excellent service and a reliable selection for anyone looking for familiar Israeli essentials.

Loved serving you guys! See you soon!
A family owned and run Kosher Appetizing Store. I had the shakshuka and Deborah had the fish plate. Everything was perfect. The smoked Sable on the fish plate was a special treat and very tender and silky, the others were equally wonderful. My shakshuka was pleasantly spicy and the eggs were perfectly sunny side up and runny. You can choose between a "normal" and a Jerusalem bagel, just make sure you are really hungry if you get the Jerusalem bagel, its cartoonishly large. Drinks are also available including traditional Turkish coffee.
They have a good selection of groceries available for purchase as well.

Thank you Pastrami Project King! It was great seeing and serving you and Deborah. Sabbaba
I had an amazing time at Sabbaba. It was my first time there. I consider myself a foodie and I tried lots of the food. It was all amazing and the flavour was incredible. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and care taken in preparation. I will definitely be back. I'm so glad to find such excellent Kosher food in Altamonte Springs

Going to Sabbaba is like raiding the kitchen and pantry at your favorite aunt’s house and you can’t tell your mom because she knows you like your aunt’s cooking more.
In my other review I wrote about their Middle Eastern dishes, this review is on the baked goods. The challah is hands down the best I’ve had. I’ve stopped attempting to make it because I’ll never be able to get it at the “Sabbaba” standard. Recently they started selling fresh baked rye bread which pairs perfectly with their tuna fish.
The honey cookies. The cinnamon babka. Both hug your soul with each bite. Ive asked myself is kosher allowed to taste this delicious?
Best kosher market I've seen in central Florida! The freshest tuna salad around. It brought me back to lunch at my grandma's house. I couldn't resist getting the pistachio Rugelach. 😍 I'm a sucker for beautiful Challah, toasty latkes, friendly staff AND customers. I can't wait to go back 😄

We landed in Orlando on Thursday and first thing we went to Sabbaba to order food for Shabbat.
Sabbaba is a place you can sit to eat, buy some groceries and order food for Shabbat.
Rachel and Yoel, the owners, were very helpful and made sure we will get the food to our hotel at a time that was convenient for us.
The food was great.
Thank you Rachel and Yoel
