Rental beware Rental beware. Rented two units and one had nothing but trouble. Hour into ride engine light came on. 2.5 hours into ride blew a tire. 4 hours into ride unit quit running had to be trailed back. No offer to make it right. Didn't have another pro. Wanted to charge another 1500.00 deposit after I already gave them 3000.00 in Deposits. Then charge me for the blown tire. Never returned deposit as of this post.

Just got back from an amazing experience at RZR Ripn Rentals. I have to give a special shout-out to the staff—from the helpful phone call to the great information and tips we received in person, the service was top-notch. As first-timers, we really appreciated the guidance! We had a group of seven and the two 4-seater side-by-sides were the perfect setup. The 4-hour rental flew by because we were having so much fun. This was easily the highlight of our trip to St. Helen, and we will definitely be back for a full day or weekend!

Great customer service. Was super understanding when our group accidentally totaled the rental. They continuously made sure we were all safe and unharmed. Paid for the security deposit and everyone went home happy.

My husband and I have been reoccurring customers to this location and the Indian river location. This was our first family experience and it was a blast! I’d say I prefer this location between the two. More options for helmets and in my opinion better trials. Customer service couldn’t have been better! Plan to come back in October!

We had a great time!! My 71 y.o. Mother laughed the whole way!! We had a belt blow 20 minutes into our trip and the staff took care of it quickly and added additional time to our trip. Will definitely rent again!!

I’ve been coming to this place three times now, and I will keep coming back. The service, the staff have made me into a loyal customer. Had a hiccup with two of the units (our fault). And the owner took great care of us, Made sure we were ok. Like I said I will keep bringing my family and friends back. I highly recommend this place!!

Great experience all the way around. We rented out of the Indian River location and the trails are directly across the road. The machine ran perfectly and used hardly any fuel over 5 hrs of getting it. Total time from checking to trails was maybe 5 minutes. We did a self guided run and the built in GPS loop was useful to get to the Webber Lake area....where miles of additional trails connect to the southeast.

Just finished up my weekend rental for the 4th of July. I got the 4 seater rzr pro s, and from booking the machine to dropping it off.. it was the best experience I could ask for. They made sure everything was as seamless and fun as possible! The rides are clean and well maintained, you’re not getting an old hunk of junk! Well worth the price and will be returning in the future!

If you want to have a great day of side x side riding this is the place to rent from. Great service from the staff. Great equipment . Great maps and trails to see all there is. Would definitely recommend and will go back to see and do more. You may think 6 hours is a lot of time, but some of these trails to destinations are pretty long. We did the Houghton Lake trail and that alone was 30 miles, but we saw and did everything you would want to on the ride.
