We’ve been living in this house almost 49 years with many different companies for our HVAC needs but this is one of the best company to work with as they were reasonable expenses, prompt, courteous with their work as well as explaining the work to any laymen to understand. Jordan serviced my house. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, he explained everything down to a tee on what could be wrong and how he would figure out the problem. He figured it out very quickly and was completely up front with pricing and exactly what he needed to do to fix the issue. We recently worked with Ryder Plumbing & Heating after our furnace started blowing cold air on the Saturday night before Thanksgiving. They were able to send a technician out first thing Monday morning, which we really appreciated given the timing. The technician spent the entire day diagnosing the issue and replaced several sensors, the main board on our propane furnace, and even installed a new thermostat after our Ecobee was accidentally fried during the process. By around 5pm, the furnace was running again.
Unfortunately, it only worked for a few hours before the same problem returned. The next morning, the same technician came back with additional support. After further inspection, they determined that the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and should not be used, meaning we ultimately needed a full furnace replacement. We were given a quote for a new unit, but there was very little consideration or compensation for the couple thousand dollars already spent attempting to repair the old furnace.
While we appreciated the quick initial response and the effort put into diagnosing the problem, the overall experience was frustrating and costly, especially given that the major underlying issue wasn’t identified sooner.
I am so incredibly fortunate I chose Ryder Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for my plumbing issue. Jordan not only has an exceptional attention to detail, but he took selfless, patient care with me as a new homeowner! His commitment to dissect and walkthrough each step of his process made communicating with him effortless and helpful!! I cannot thank Jordan and Clarke for being there when I needed them the most!! Clark replaced a decrepit sewage pipe in our basement. Now we don't need to worry about it breaking down completely. Not only is the pipe fixed, but he corrected the angles and our washing machine drains properly also. I am very pleased.

Clarke was great did awesome job replacing my PRV valve and Expansion Tank that was leaking he came right on time texted me letting me know he was on the way looked over what needed to be done gave me estimate which was reasonable did the job same day I will definitely with out hesitation call him again office Lady that took my call setting everything up exceptional also
