Ryan (and several others at RWC GC) absolutely love cold calling and trying to talk you into selling your property. I have requested that this stop as I have no desire to sell any of my properties and would never deal with such desperate, lazy and arrogant agents if I decided to sell. They just keep calling and interrupting my day despite my requests for this to cease. I have also requested a call back from the principal several times, but to date have heard nothing. Pretty sad really that I will most likely have to take legal action just so I can be left in peace. This place reminds me of an offshore call centre that rings every night as you sit down for dinner to try to sell you solar power. And yet again, since they still don’t seem to understand: STOP CALLING ME!!! EDIT AFTER REPLY FROM RWC GC: So, to show just how much you are "sorry to hear" about my experience, you don't even bother taking the time to read my name before replying to me and accidentally calling me by the name of your own agent (the very agent I was complaining about)!!! Haha! You are just proving your own incompetence yet again. Although you claim to, you obviously don't understand just how frustrating this is as you are repeating the same annoying, inappropriate and terrible behaviour (even in this reply to my less than favourable review of your business). If you'd really taken my requests to be left alone seriously at all over the last few years, it simply would not be happening now. While you claim that you'd like to resolve this, you've had years to try to resolve it, and yet I received another call today. You have clearly made little to no attempt to rectify this situation. You've now requested that I contact your marketing department. I have already contacted every individual that has contacted me from your company, your franchise offices, as well as head office. If none of them can resolve the issue, I strongly doubt that your marketing department can and therefore will not be wasting my time. I have text messages and emails to prove that I have made these requests, and as such my next step if this continues will be legal action. Your apology is clearly insincere and as such I do not accept it.
