Jesse jumped in on a Ssturday evening and had two thousand brochures in various sizes printed on the weekend and delivered on Tuesday morning to the convention center just in time for opening! I had a mix up with a local printer for brochures for a huge convention we were exhibiting at. I found RushMyPrints online 2 days before my event. I texted the number provided on the website and received an instant response from Jesse. I placed 2 orders for a total of 1500 printed brochures full color, full bleed, double sided. 1000 of those were an odd size, thick paper, scored and folded. They were delivered within 48 hours to my hotel and were PERFECT! I was so thankful and grateful for last minute printing that was done correctly. They have made a lifetime client out of me! I would recommend for any printing you may need.

Take your money elsewhere! Your money doesn't matter here! Tried to reach out to their Vegas location to get two copies of a poster printed. Sounds simple, right? Was even offering $100 which is absurdly high but my urgency definitely was willing to offer it! Well, as you can tell from many other reviews here I got the same "left on read" treatment. Seems like they pride themselves with being 24 hours but can't keep up with business during that time. You left me on read at 3 PM. Nobody texted you at 2 AM and even if I did, you could've at least replied the next day. Take the advice of myself as well as many others here and find another printer in Las Vegas, trust me, there are WAY better options out there. Las Vegas Custom Printing was TOO EASY to work with! Definitely would go with them over trying to get a reply from these guys!

They sent me a quote and credit card authorization form approving $1175+taxes, but charged my card $2750 across two charges. Print job was a month ago exactly, and I still haven't gotten Jesse to (1) correct the charges, and (2) send me an invoice so i can get reimbursed. They are not responding to my emails and texts. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I found RushMyPrints out of desperation when I needed a banner produced for a client at a conference across the country in CA. A certain 3-lettered shipping company sat on our 2nd-day Air shipment for 6 days, so I needed a miracle. RushMyPrints produced and delivered a high-quality replacement banner to the event facility ON A SUNDAY. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
