I have just used Rush Media Print, for the first time, to print and duplicate a CD that I recorded earlier this year. The service provided has been excellent throughout. The website was clearly set out, and the graphic designer was able to download a template for the CD packaging that I chose. The duplicated CDs have just arrived and I am really impressed with the quality and, importantly, the price! Highly recommended!

The quality of my CDs are absolutely brilliant and I cannot fault them at all the colours look amazing! However, the service I had upon ordering was a little frustrating. I ordered my CDs with a 3-4 week turnaround. But 7 weeks later, I still hadn't received my order nor had I received any communication from them about where my order was. I emailed them twice and got no response. So I phoned up and they informed me that the casing for my CDs had been stuck in customs for 2 weeks but they were hoping it would be delivered soon. Even if the item had been stuck in customs for 2 weeks, that 2 week delay was still several weeks after my order should've been completed and delivered by. I would've appreciated at least an email update as to the status of my order so I could at least get a refund and go elsewhere as I ended up missing my album release date and couldn't send out my pre-orders to several hundred customers. I ended up receiving my order 8.5 weeks after ordering.
