Purchase process was easy. I ordered online for in store pickup. The heater was ready to go when I arrived and they helped me get it into my truck. Installation was quick and easy, but before I left the shop they gave me a number to call at their shop if I ran into any issues with the install. Very happy with the new heater for its ease of operation, the heat it provides, and the efficiency on propane use.

I bought a fuel pump for my laser monitor 73 it didn't work so I had to order another one when I sent the first one back finally got a refund then the second one didn't work either I requested a return label from there Wolfgang person never sent me one so I paid for the return for the second one I'm done with them I just want a refund for the second one haven't heard anything back don't worry I will never order anything from them again!

We do want to clarify that there isn’t a model called a “Monitor 73.” There are Monitor heaters and the Toyotomi Laser 73, and while some parts may appear similar, they are not always interchangeable. In our experience, fuel pumps are also a very low-failure component, so when a replacement pump doesn’t resolve the issue, it can sometimes point to a different underlying problem or an incorrect part selection.
That said, we take your concerns seriously—especially regarding the return process and communication. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. We’d like the opportunity to look into your return and refund directly to make sure everything is handled properly.

Glad people had better luck than me. I called last thursday want a bosch heater they have want to know total with shipping, its noe Tuesday no quote called and dont even get a call back. Oh well move on to someone thats really wants to sell products
