Jim, Joan and Stewart have been fabulous to work with. I highly recommend Runamuk because of the commitment they make to their customers. They have gone many miles out of their way to assure I have an excellent time with their equipment. The equipment is nice and easy to use. They value me as a customer and have prioritized my experience with their equipment as the most important thing ... and that is what I want.

A Great Day in the Woods!
Our family had no experience with snowmobiles, and by the end of the day we were all comfortable and having a great time. The trails were beautiful, and the guides knew them well. The staff are great, making the whole experience really fun.

My family and my sister’s family rented the UTV ‘s for the 4 hours. We were recommend a great trail to follow, and a great restaurant to stop at before heading back. Cider, the dog at the rental store, was super friendly and a highlight for my kids!

Very easy transaction with wonderful people. I would recommend all day long. No issues with any part. We rented 2 of the 4 seater utvs, they performed perfectly and had no issues driving up the deep sandy slopes, nor going thru standing water.

Great customer service. I rented a boat and my truck didn’t have the correct setup. A number of staff assisted and were extremely kind, patient and helpful. The equipment worked great and I will come back because of the well run business.

I called asking to speak with a manager or supervisor and the person who answered told me, "They're not in right now and I'm in a meeting so I need to let you go." in a rude voice and hung up. I've never experienced that with a retailer before. There was no offer to take a message, or time given to call back. Very unprofessional and I can honestly say I would recommend no one to this business. Hopefully a manager sees this and does something about the terrible customer service (because chances are if I tried to call and explain my poor experience, I wouldn't be allowed to speak to anyone anyways).
