We use carpet cleaning services about once or twice a year. I can tell you that these guys are hands down the absolutely best company I've ever seen! I'm not sure how any other company could possibly hope to compete. I had my living room, movie room, babies room, 2 hallways and a set of stairs cleaned and it was less then $300! In addition they spent over 2 hours doing to the best job I've ever seen, they moved our furniture, scrubbed out the stains and steam cleaned all the floors! When they were done they left 7 fans to dry the carpets over the next 24 hours and a hepa filter to clean the air while it was drying. As long as there quality stays the same, I will never and I mean never, use any other company. The quality is absolutely the best, before today I would clean my own carpets because all the other companies I used were a pain in the backside to work with, and I've used several. But that's come to an end now, If I had known the difference in my carpets was going to be so substantial I would have taken before and after pictures for you! They removed stains that were several years old that 2 other companies couldn't remove. The last time my carpets looked this clean they were new! Take my word for it, spend the money and make these guys do the work for you!
We've used All American Cleaning & Restoration in Idaho Falls off and on for close to 40 years, small jobs and big jobs, and almost always on an emergency basis -- including storm damage. It is an impressive company ... professional, responsive and reliable. In winter 2025, with spring storm season approaching, we knew our roof needed major repairs. The process of vetting and reviewing roof-repair bids on our own was too time-consuming and stressful. So we turned to All American again, this time to serve as general contractor. It was well worth the added expense. All American connected us to a reliable roofing company, oversaw the contract, and assured at every stage that communication was good, the roofer was responsive to our concerns, and that the job was done well. Thanks again, All American!

All American cleaners are a class act! They come in, get the job done... Professionally. And then leave no trace. They clean as they back out.... Literally leaving the place sparkling. I couldn't recommend them more highly!!!

I would suggest that going into a claim that they should explain there process in more detail. Most people have not had a flood or any other services they offer.

We used All American for both our business and home. They were professional, courteous and did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with the quick response to our devastating flood both upstairs and in the basement. Everyone who worked on the damage was very professional and friendly. I have used All American Cleaning and Restoration many times over the years. I am a repeat customer because of the excellent, quality work they do. Today Dennis and Will cleaned our carpets. They were both very respectful of my house, making sure to not damage my property. They were very thorough cleaning the carpets with a noticeable difference in cleanliness. I can’t say enough good things about All American. Their staff was very professional, thorough & explained the entire process. My kitchen pipe in the wall broke and they did the demo of my cabinets and flooring. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. We just finished having All-American cleaning take care of mold issues that were found in our attic. We have had the All-American cleaning guys in and out of our home for close to a month now. I was very pleased with their respectfulness of my home and my time and with their politeness and friendliness. It is difficult to have workers in your home for so long, but all American cleaning made it a very pleasant experience. They were thorough with their work and very conscientious of keeping my home clean and respecting my privacy. They left the work area cleaner than it even was before they started. I would definitely call them again in the future!
