Premier Oriental was amazing! They were quick to respond, assured me they had experience with the type of area rug I needed cleaned (Ben Soleman), explained the process and made me feel comfortable that they had the experience required to clean such an expensive rug (a pet has gotten sick on the silk and wool rug). They were able to schedule in timely fashion, and made the removal and delivery as easy as possible. This was a rather large rug, placed under a king size bed and they were perfectionists in laying it correctly. It was a great experience, I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again!

After another rug company telling me my rug couldn’t even be cleaned (not related to the pet stain) I was so grateful to be referred to Premier Rug — they came to house, assessed, picked up rug and pad and a week later I have what looks like a brand new rug. I was on the verge of spending thousands for a new one. I could not be more pleased with their work!

Arvy and his team were great. Picked up all of my area rugs and pads (moved all of the furniture to get them, too), cleaned them all (including using a enzyme solution to deal with my dogs’ “accidents”), and brought them back looking and smelling great! He made suggestions on where we could keep the pads and where they had to be replaced he even gave me a great recommendation for a company to clean my hardwood floors! Will definitely use again!!

They came in with the proper equipment and pretreated, scrubbed, and then cleaned the basement carpeting making it look almost brand new. Have used them previously on other jobs and they have been consistently better than other outfits out there.
