New Conservatory Roof/Doors/Windows (PO13) Very reliable family run business. Nothing was too much trouble. Fitted a new conservatory roof and windows/doors/gutter and other remedial work around that area. Very polite, friendly, courteous and hard working. Took all the rubbish away at the end of each day and tided/cleaned up. 100% recommend R Squibb. Would definately use them again.

Repairs to roof felt and tiles. Carry out guttering re-alignment, fit additional down pipe (PO15) The company arrived on site as booked, we discussed the defect and they detailed the repairs needed. The work was carried out to a high standard, the workers were polite, tidy around the job and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. They left the work area clean and tidy and removed all arisings.

Remove loose & blown stone above kitchen window & replace. (PO13) Everyone concerned was polite, honest professional & reliable. The workmanship & materials were of a high quality & the job was completed quickly and as promised. They cleaned up before they left. I would recommend R Squibb to anyone who requires building work.

Flat roof replacement and roof lantern installation (PO12) R Squibb Building Contractors were professional from the start, giving a comprehensive quote and sending the job contract for review. The workmen were polite and worked incredibly quickly and proficiently, and were happy to answer any questions I had. The job involved replacing the flat roof, installing a glass roof lantern, replacing the facias, soffits, and guttering, installing new lights, and plastering the inside of the house. R Squibb's team and the sub-contractors they work with did a fantastic job. Only once the job was complete did we have to pay. This company is the gold standard.

Sealing Porch Roof and replacing some tiles. (PO13) The jobs were done well and to my satisfaction

Roof repairs relating to slow water leakage in the house (SO31) The company made an initial evaluation to see what the cause of the water leakage was. They quickly assessed what the remedial action consisted of and delivered a fair estimate. Work carried out within time and cost allocated and to a very good professional standard. Workmen were very friendly and obviously highly skilled and left the premise very tidy at the end of the work.

Internal walls and doorways (PO12) We had an internal brick wall put up and doorways blocked and opened, plus new french doors to the rear. The team were very reliable, polite, tidy and happy to accommodate changes/additional work requested. Also a fault with the french doors was resolved professionally and without hesitation. All work was carried out to a good standard. I will be happy to have them undertake more work in the future.

Repairs to a flat roof. (PO12) Ron provided an excellent service after a storm damaged our flat roof. Very pleasant young men, tidy, quiet and polite. Thank you, Ron, and your builders

Extension repair (PO12) Team started immediately and cut out course of bricks to fit cavity trays, because of water ingress during recent bad weather

Wall repairs and rendering (PO13) All went very well despite the weather!

Replace garage roof (PO15) Pleased with result. Good workers - polite and tidy. Would recommend.

They were both very helpful in explaining the work to us as they went along and also very courteous. They always tidied up after each day's work. Excellent job. I would recommend R. Squibb Builders and I will be asking them again for any future work.

To totally replace a poor quality bedroom wall and windows with sturdy timber, insulation, windows. (PO14) Excellent work again. Very competent, thorough job completed in 4-5 days. Adam, Brandon, Gary and the others all able to adapt and improvise where necessary. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

Install vents into fascia’s and December apex roof tiles (PO13) Ron was polite and professional. His workmen were tidy and efficient. Communication was effective by text and face to face. We are very pleased with the work completed.

Chimney stack repair (PO16) Excellent repair friendly staff would recommend.

Rear single story extension (PO16) Great experience with Ron and his team. Nothkng was too much effort and any problems we encountered they sorted without any fuss. Would strongly recommend for all your building needs
