We used R&R last summer for some maintenance on our 2 units and they were great and very honest. I called again at 8:30 this morning about my garage AC unit not working properly. They let me know they'd be by between 3-4pm unless they could come sooner. They were able to come at 11:30 and were finished by 12:00 with my unit back up & running again! Will most definitely be using them again and referring to others! Dec 2025: we used R&R again for our home unit and we are so grateful for them! Alfredo tried ALL the parts, tricks, etc and determined an electrical problem. He shut everything down until the electric company could come out and they identified poorly spliced wiring up in the roof connected to the handler. Without Alfredo’s knowledge we would’ve had a much bigger issue as the spliced wiring showed signs of burning. Alfredo came back (a 3rd time!!) after the electrician left to verify the handler was still working properly at that point. We are so grateful to R&R!

We had already received service from them before and it turned out they never changed their professionalism and prompt service. We know we can trust them for all of our home cooling needs. Had these guys drop by for some maintenance, and I'm genuinely impressed. To start off with, there was some mix-up in regards to scheduling. However, unlike other ac firms in the area that barely offer an apology, these guys offered to do the job on a different date at no cost due to the error. There are very few companies that take responsibility like that and it made a huge impression. The quality of the work was great. I really liked that the technician took the time to slip covers in their boots when coming indoors, cool detail. And the report I received at the end was informative and no pressure. I'm a new homeowner, and it's great finding someone I can count on with this stuff. I'm definitely making R&R my permanent AC guys/gals.

After having no luck getting other A/C companies to answer the phone on a Sunday afternoon I tried R & R Cooling solutions. Yandry Rodriguez picked up on the first try and came over the very next morning(which happened to be Memorial Day). He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Not only did he explain everything that he was doing, he showed me what I could do on my own to save money. He even showed me that our A/C was still under warranty, saving us a substantial amount of money. From now on, Yandry is our go-to guy for anything HVAC. I highly recommend these folks!

Called R&R on a late sunday afternoon when my AC stopped working. My call was answered immediately and Alfredo committed to being at my residence that evening between 5-6. Alfredo showed up at the designated time and right away found the issue and fixed. I took a chance contacting a company I had never used used before and was very pleased with the service and honesty. My old AC company's service started going down hill and my had AC died. I immediately had to find a new company and was very weary because there's so many companies that rip you off. R&R came recommended by someone in my community and after that I came straight to the reviews. Because they were so highly reviewed, I took a leap of faith. Was the best decision I could have made. Communication is a 20 out of 10. He's super reliable, squeezed me in immediately, explained everything in detail and gives all of your options and customizations (I wanted a special safety on mine), he ordered the unit and had it installed within a couple days after my initial consult. My new unit is amazing and I felt like I got the best service at an affordable price.

We had our ten year old HVAC replaced by R & R Cooling Solutions and it just passed inspection 4/21/24. I have to say Yandry and his team did an awesome job, stayed late to finish the job and the system they installed is a huge improvement over what we had. We really like the Wi-Fi smart thermostat. I had a new central A/C unit installed 2 days ago, inspector came today and passed the inspection….👍👍👍 Really happy with this company, Yandry and his team are very professional, always on time, good price and what else can I say. I would ve given them 6 stars if I could. There is a reason they have such a good rating. Is not only that they are professional, but talking to them I realized they are GOOD people, with good hearts, hard working people!!! I m really glad I chose them at the end, knowing my money went to a family business! I will refer them to all of my friends, you can trust them 100%. They answered every question I had and they were always on time, communication was great! In a transaction like this, TRUST is key, and they delivered!!! Well done!!! 👍👍👍
