I received my living room furniture today. It was packed very well to avoid any damage. Delivery staff was cooperative and helpful. They removed the packing material from my premises and took it with them. They were cooperative and helpful to address my issues. I think finish is absolutely fantastic. It is world class. I am impressed with their workmanship. All in all I had a good experience. I have ordered more furniture from them since then.

It has been more than 4 years, then India did not have that good infrastructure and such a good company for shipping.
However, we still handover your sofa set to Agarwal Packers & Movers, a well-regarded company. But this company was not professional at all.
We are glad that you liked our product, we are sorry that it got damaged, as a responsible company it is our duty to return your money.
Since then we have successfully made thousands of deliveries to every end of the world, never got any complaints.

When first ordered a Dewan from RoyalZig, i wasn’t sure if the quality would match what exactly they show in the pics. But, once they started working on it, they shared the pics of outcome after each step of manufacturing. And the final outcome is really speechless. I was really impressed by its quality, style, price, packaging and transportation. It’s the best place for Royal look furniture. I have ordered loads of furnitures that include sofa sets , king size bed , dinning table and almirah from Royalzig and they are all quality stuff . The good thing about the management of Royalzig is that they are very quick to understand your requirements and produce furnitures just like the ones you were wanting to have .
