I had Mazen out to repair my garage door and he was fantastic. He was super thorough, explained everything clearly, and didn’t leave until the door was running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door repairs!

If you ever need garage door/motor service, put this company at the top of your call list. My garage door stopped operating several months ago. My home warranty company declined to pay for repairs, so I had to find someone to fix the problem. I was fortunate to find a company, Royalty Garage Services (RGS), to do the work at a reasonable price.
The RGS technician, Mazen Itayem, from (RGS) arrived timely, ready to do the work. He inspected my garage door system, and quickly determined the cause of the problem. (The motherboard circuitry had been "fried", probably due to a power surge icw an electrical storm.). He fully explained what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and told me upfront exactly how much it would cost. He gave me several different options based on my particular needs and budget concerns. There was no "hard sell" like you sometimes experience when you contract for repair work. / Bottom line: Mr. Itayem did the work expertly and for the agreed upon price. My garage door now functions like new, and I am completely satisfied with RGS.

Mazen came to my house today (08/13/2025) for a repair. Fantastic experience. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Super fast repair as he had the part on his truck. Would highly recommend his services.

Mazen was sent to me through my warranty company. He did a great job and communicated to me more and better than my warranty company did. He was fast and very professional despite the hurdles he faces daily dealing with warranty work. We definitely would look to call on him again directly for any future work
