Horrible place to take the car to get it fixed it end up as a nightmare they wont give me the car back after. The insurance paid them the supplement and they want more money they lied to me in the beggining to the end be careful of scammers they kept my car more than 2 months Now they said they will put a lean on it to sell it. . Carma is real

However, we strongly disagree with the statement that our business is a “scam.” Royal Road Collision Center completed the authorized repairs on your vehicle and maintained documentation of the estimate, supplements, repair authorization, insurance communications, and final invoice.
Due to privacy and claim-related details, we cannot discuss the full repair file publicly. However, the insurance company advised that the vehicle required repairs because the previous repair facility had not completed the necessary repairs, and that any reimbursement concerns with the prior shop would need to be addressed directly with that shop.
We remain available to review the repair documentation with you directly and address any concerns through the proper channels. Please contact our office at (951) 376-9883.

This place was awesome! From the get go Sebastian was very honest with the quote and very informative. Anna was so helpful with the whole process. Even when the insurance company was such a headache they were all still very informative and helpful. Best place ever. Will recommend %1000.
I’ve taken my SUV twice to RRCC for body and paint repairs after two separate fender-benders; one my fault and one not my fault. The workmanship has been all-around great. Ana at the front desk is also helpful.
I don’t recommend using the Hertz that’s in the same center; I had to pay for a new tire when I took it in for a screw in the tire because it was going low. Enterprise rent-a-car does not charge for nails or screws in the tires.
Sebastian and his family and team members are amazing to work with! Top notch quality work! I would recommend them to anyone, any day!

Sebastian & his team at RRCC were very warm & welcoming. They also did an amazing job refinishing & matching the rear bumper damage on left side of my Infinity. The whole bumper looks like brand new. Sabastian also nicely replaced a broken right rear retaining clip with a metal bolt on rear bumper making it more secure. I’m more than happy to refer anyone to them 👍
