Mass experience. Service seems disinterested and hard to get their attention. Food was ok; some was good but much was mediocre. For a mass banquet was surprised that they didn't have it set up so that whatever was happening on the stage could be shown on the massive video screens they had.
Came here for a wedding, I feel bad for the ingredients used for the meal. They lived their entire existence only to get made into really bad food. The environment is very loud because the dividers are not very good at blocking sound, so you hear the music from the other events on the floor.
I was there 3/5, their monthly dinner party. I knew the food is gona be horrible. I don’t know why I agree to go. The fried rice is served cold. Fried chicken is overcooked. Service, the waiter and waitress gave horrible service. We asked a male waiter to uncork a bottle of wine. He said, wait, and forgot about it. Then we asked a female waitress. She gave us the dirty look. If you see them, run the other way. Better yet, don’t go there.
I say I love dim sum but generally afraid to try something new and stick to my usual. Beef rice rolls, pineapple pork buns, egg tarts, mango pomelo sago, and chinese broccoli tip 😂 if I go tomorrow, I'll order these same again 🤪 my mom tried a few new ones but I stuck to my usual. It's soooo good though. I want dim sum now.. hmm...
