After meeting with some and being stood up by a few others, I met with Brett from Royal Pavement Solutions. I want to emphasize "Solutions". This is exactly what the piping hot driveway sealer used by Royal did. Not a 5 gal bucket but a steaming, heated trailer filled by the manufacturer 5 min. prior. This bonded with my driveway, was applied with surgical precision and looks fantastic.

Royal pavement solutions just completed work at a property we own and we are 100% satisfied with the outcome. The price was fair, the scheduling was handled professionally, and the quality of work is outstanding. We had drainage, black top patches and sealcoat / re-striping done within the scope of this project and all aspects were completed with the highest quality. I strongly recommend Royal for your black top and paving needs.

The amount of care taken by each worker to ensure a proper pitch and installation is rarely found today. I have a small appetite when it comes getting onsite and talking about vendors - but I have to talk about this particular vendor and the excellent experiences that I have encountered. First off the the supervisors in all their respective areas from asphalt to concrete are extremely knowledgeable. But the kicker is the supervisor David- who brings all the pieces together and how it’s managed from a pure organic professional way. I have been in this Facilities business for over 40 years and it extremely hard to impress me - never experienced such great customer service from the owner down to the secretary out to the workers !!! Great job it’s sad that I can only give you a FIVE stars is all that can be given if I had my way you are a 10 . Thanks David and team great job.
