I used Royal Exotics recently for my engagement photoshoot. The customer service was amazing! The communication was great and they did a wonderful job working with my fiancé and I to ensure we had a luxurious experience as we prepare for our big day. Thank you so much! Rented a Corvette for my son’s graduation parade. Car looked fantastic and drove even better. Pick up process was simple and Gus was a phenomenal host! I would have extended if my schedule allowed but can’t wait to rent with these guys again!
My wife and I are flying in for a long weekend and tossed around the idea of renting a C8 while in Houston. I had some questions, so I sent an inquiry which Gus answered quickly. We ended up going a different direction for this trip, but would surely try again on another trip to Houston.
Gus from Royal Exotics was an absolute pleasure to work with, made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know before signing the rental agreement. When unforeseen circumstances arose with the vehicle that was booked he not only kept his promise but he over delivered. Would recommend 10/10
I paid a $500 deposit and didn’t use the services due to miscommunication of deposit, I spoke to him about a refund and was told no refund
I never signed a contract saying no refund
It’s not the website and i have no email confirmation of the receipt at all. I do have my receipt from paying deposit with my debit card. It’s like I’m begging for my own money back. I asked him to send me a copy of the confirmation receipt signed by me saying no refund and still nothing. It’s been 48 hours and still nothing. I don’t think this is right or fair toe as a customer. This is poor customer service.
First, the quality and professionalism of the owners are exceptionally superior to what you would hope! From the business model to the execution, it is full-on luxury and class from beginning to end.
Secondly, they were extremely thorough in capacitating you to take on the responsibility of driving and caring for these exotic beauties so that you were at peace and could drive away feeling confident about the priceless experience upon which you were about to embark!!
Lastly, the Lambo was nothing short of NEW (and I chose a 2019 model!!)!! Absolutely IMPECCABLE. Also, I thought was an interesting detail to share is that they are not advertising all over the lambo. Just a license plate and that’s it! It’s YOURS!😎
