⭐ 2/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience. Definitely Not Recommended!
I went to Enfield Royal Clinic for laser hair removal for almost 2 years, and I can honestly say that I saw absolutely no noticeable reduction in my hair growth. Two years of wasted time and money!
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there.
There were times when the doctor didn’t show up, and I was left waiting for an hour. Sometimes my appointments were cancelled, sometimes a different doctor showed up, and on some occasions, certain areas of my body were completely missed during the laser sessions. It honestly felt like I was being treated in patches!
I also visited the clinic for dental treatment. The price I was quoted on WhatsApp was different from the amount they asked me to pay at the clinic. When I questioned the difference, the woman handling my payment gave me an unpleasant attitude, as if I was the one causing a problem.
The most interesting part? I recently started laser treatment at another clinic, and I’ve only had 2 sessions so far. The results are already so much better that I’ve had to postpone my next appointment three times because my hair simply hasn’t grown back enough!
That really made me question what I had been paying for during those two years.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering laser hair removal here to think twice.
Poor results, inconsistent appointments, disappointing customer service, and confusing pricing.
I definitely do not recommend this clinic. A complete waste of my time and money.
