Had some urgent remedial work needed doing on our rental property and Michael was responsive and also offered sound advice not to mention getting the work done in a timely manner. Sent a report with photos afterwards. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Michael Wang was very prompt and viewed my gutters within hours of my phone call. He then proceeded with cleaning a week later and promptly, and enthusiastically cleaned gutters that had not been cleaned for over 4 years ! His job was done within 2 hours and he was still smiling!!… and I was also pleased with outcome !

Michael from Rotorua Property Services has done a fantastic job cleaning the gutters on our investment property.
The was easy to communicate with, arranged a suitable time with the tenants and made the whole experience stress free.
