Very disappointed
I ordered a swimsuit and three weeks later it hasn't even shipped. They keep telling me they have marked it priority, but still time hasnt shipped. I asked that they cancel the order and was told I can only get store credit, not a refund even though three weeks later it still has not shipped. I've demanded a refund at this point and will update this if I get the refund. Or I'll post the communication thread if I don't get a refund.
WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought 2 swimsuits in size small-- forgetting I am not longer the "small" person I used to be so I had to return them- figuring I would buy 2 new ones in medium. I contacted Customer Service for help-- and they were wonderful-- giving me options. I could keep them and they would give me a large credit on my next order / return or exchange them -- or return them for a full credit (minus shipping). I chose the full credit-- figuring it would give me time to re-look at swimsuits. I printed out their label and mailed the suits back. I was surprised how quickly I received the credit.
I read some horrible reviews about Rotita and almost did not buy from them because of this. So glad I decided to ignore them and make my own decision. Have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from.
I am waiting for my new swimsuits. When I receive them I will leave reviews on them.

Ordering experience
I just ordered 2 one piece bathing suits and one cover up. I need these by March 14 so I chose expedited shipping with range of the 13 th-21st. I wish I had known it was coming from China so I'm highly doubtful that I will receive it on time for my trip to The Maldives. The suits are beautiful with all positive reviews which does make me a little suspicious. Prices are great so I took a chance. 🤞
