I opened my case nearly three years ago with Kevin Klein. After the initial period, communication slowed significantly, and at times the case felt inactive. I followed up in May 2025 seeking clarity and was informed the case had been reassigned, though I was not provided with much detail about the status or next steps.
Based on my understanding from earlier conversations, the case was expected to move forward in a certain direction, but that did not appear to happen. After I posted a review, I did hear back from Kevin, he was reassigned the case, and saw some movement, though this was several years into the process.
More recently, I spoke with Kevin in November, and as of about a month and a half later, some documents were still incomplete or not submitted. Jen contacted me to address corrections, and I am currently still waiting for the process to move forward.
While Kevin seems knowledgeable and professional, my experience with overall office communication has been challenging. Updates were limited unless I reached out, and document review and completion took longer than I expected. Given the length of time involved, I found the experience frustrating and not aligned with what I had anticipated when I retained representation.
I hope this feedback helps the firm reflect on communication practices and case prioritization so that all clients feel supported throughout the process.
Update as of 3/2: No communication, no updates, no lawyer active email. Absolutely terrible.

My rating is very bad. In 2010 during surgery I had a cardiac arrest . I was given the wrong dosage of the anesthetic medication Propofol. I sued the anesthesiologist in the company "Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum". There, lower Mathew Gammons dragged out proceedings for 15 years. His consultants did not find correlation between Propofol and toxic heart damage although this was proven in Michael Jackson's trial and is known throughout the world. Mathew Gammons did not represent my interests in court at all. Hi took $50 000 from anesthesiologist. From this money he takes $16 000. $17 000 he gives to insurance company for 15 years of service even though I paid monthly for medical insurance for all 15 years. So if my case took 25 years to resolve, would i have to pay for 25 years? Or maybe even for life?
Now I'm retired. And Mr. Gommons is forcing me to pay Medicare out of those $50 000. I don't understand how Medicare relates to the incident in 2010. And why I should pay for damage caused to me.
I didn't receive any money after the trial.
This is how work in this company. UNFAIR, UNJUST Just for one's own pocket.
